My wife and I ordered the short rib beef Bourgogne and trout. Both were excellent. The wine list had a nice selection of French wines. We ordered glasses of Grenache rose and Syrah Grenache blend and Both were very good. We will dine there again.

Little Frenchie is a cute restaurant on Coronado in San Diego. Overall, a very nice French Bistro to take a date or family members to. Our party ordered the roasted Bone Marrow Roti and a 4 cheese board. Both appetizers were excellent. Our entrees were a Poulet Roti, Snake River Trout filet, and Parisian Gnocchi. Dessert was a Mille Feuille (sort of a French version of Tiramisu.) All the dishes were delicious. Only a minor issue with the green beans on my son's trout dish. There were about 3 - 4 green beans that did not have the stem ends removed, so he had to dump them on his bread plate. Note: the food presentation is more of a rustic bistro feel. I don't think you're going to get a plate presentation on the level of a two or three star Michelin restaurant, but that is OK. It's perfect for a very nice neighborhood restaurant without being overly presumptuous. It is definitely a return visit the next time we are in San Diego.

Awesome quiche and best French toast ever. The cappuccino and champagne flight was excellent as well.

The service was amazing, but nothing could beat that French onion soup. For the main I had the Beef Short Rib Hash which was delicious and quite filling. Finished off with a Cronut. Would visit again and definitely recommend to everybody.

5 of my women friends went to see RESPECT at Lamb's Players and came to Little Frenchie's for lunch before the play. The food and service were excellent. One had the nicoise salad which was beautiful. 3 of us had the quiche, which was more than2 inches high and cooked perfectly. We'll come again!

The meals were good except For the onion soup, which was just slightly warm. The service was disappointing. Three times I had to ask for ketchup. Twice I had to ask for Additional salad dressing. Each time I had to Get up and find our waiter. I also had To ask for additional water. We live on the island and are not one time visitors. It will be a long time before I return.

Food, staff and ambiance is great. I will state the wait times for food to come out has been a bit long on a couple weekend occasions.

I love Little Frenchie and come as often as I can. This time, the service though good, was slow, and our quiche was burnt. I am pointing it out because a 24-dollar quiche, should not be burnt. Everything else was ok.
