Great ambience and service here! The starters were fabulous- some of the best dishes ever. The fish was super fresh, and the sauces vibrant and tasty. Main course were slightly dull and heavy though. I’d eat just from the starter menu next time. The Mexican cheese was a bit heavy going too, but I’m told that the chocolate dessert was fab.

Incredible service with Israel. Food was exceptional from start to finish. Do not miss the beef cheek donuts and the aged duck.

We were excited to try it as it was recommended to us by one of our tour guides. The service started out well but really dropped off. It took my husband at least 15-20 min to get his entree after my son and I finished ours because he had ordered soup. Also, it was tough that so many items included tree nuts but I do appreciate that the server knew which ones did even though it didn’t say it on the menu. Overall the food was good but it seemed the prices were a little high for what you got.

I booked a table for my wife & myself before we travelled from the UK to Mexico City. After reading the reviews, I was very much looking forward to the night. However, when we arrived it was buzzing downstairs but we were taken upstairs where there was absolutely zero atmosphere! There was one table with a couple dining & only one other table being sat at by three girls & one of those was asleep at the table!! We asked if we could sit downstairs as I had booked the table months before but they told us that it was not possible as it was fully booked down there. The service was pretty slow but our waiter was a really nice guy. When we complained later, they did at least knock off a glass of wine off the bill. To summarise, it was a really disapointing experience but the food was fanatastic. If you book a table here, please make sure that you ask for one downstairs!

We’ve dined at Limosneros twice this week because the food, service and ambience are all wonderful! We especially enjoyed the pork ribs, braised beef, tortilla soup and fish balls!

Lovely food and great building, it was not crowded but steady busy. The seafood offerings combined with Mexican sauces were amazing.
