    We went for Father’s Day, the kitchen was overwhelmed, and there were long delays to have our order taken and long delays for food to arrive. Our server tried her best, comping us a couple of starters to share while we waited. When our food came it was really disappointing. The omelette flavor was good, but it was completely cold. The duck hash came with a poached egg on top but it was cooked so long it was like a hard boiled egg. We asked for a replacement with a runny center, the replacement was only marginally better, still quite solid. The hash sweet potatoes were very mushy. The fried chicken and pancake had good chicken but the pancake was really dense and chewy, like mochi. It was almost like they forgot to a leavening agent, like baking powder/baking soda. It really felt like the kitchen staff were brand new and still needed training on how to cook. Definitely a disappointing Father’s Day meal.

    Great view and nice ambiance , the service was slow but no complaints. Food was tasty . We had a good time.

    Overall a nice dining experience. Pleasant service and good food. A little on the pricey side but there are some items priced $15-$25. Would recommend.

    The service to get to the table for an order was slow ish. Same to get the bill. Everything else was fantastic

    Food, service, and atmosphere is amazing. The smash burger and fries were the best that I've had.

    We sat outside under lovely umbrellas and enjoyed the view and the food.

    Excellent dinner. While the host was arguably trying to protect the wait staff from getting slammed, he was not polished about it and after my insistence, agreed to seat me at a table that was not in Siberia. Our server on the other hand, handled our table with grace, a beautiful smile, and genuine hospitality. She was lovely and a credit to your organization.

    Outside deck and drinks this visit (no food ordered.) Wonderful view of Berkeley and Bay Area at sunset, but service was spotty. Professional waitstaff, but I had to get up two different time to find someone for additional wine orders. Maybe there during shift change. Would go back, but really was not the usual Fairmont experience.

    Always treated very well at Limewood. It was a beautiful day and the view is as always GREAT! We had delicious meals for the two of us.
