I found this place via instagram and I was very excited to check it out for myself! I made a reservation for 6pm. However, this is where things turned south for a bit. My Lyft was running late causing me to be late by 15 minutes so I attempted to call the bar to explain and hopefully still be able you get seated. The number online resulted in a dead end and a robot “Google Voice” voicemail. I then tried calling the hotel to explain only to be told that the hotel and the bar don’t have an internal transfer number and hopefully they will be open to still seat me if I’m late. I then sent a message via OpenTable just in case. Luckily I made it in time. When I got upstairs, there was no one at the host stand and just two bartenders. So I went up to the bar and asked about seating and he informed me that it was open seating but you had to order at the bar. The drinks and dessert I had were very good. Staff was really friendly. I would go back but probably won’t make a reservation

I wouldn’t call the staff ambitious. It’s a nice spot but service is not their concept. We had to walk up to the bar to order our drinks despite the fact that the lounge wasn’t occupied by less than 30%. They only produced 50% of our order and so on.

Definitely not what we were expecting. A lot smaller than pictures make it seem, and is definitely just a “hotel rooftop bar”— there are much better rooftops in Austin for the same price. They also turned all the lights off outside around 8pm and refused to turn them back on even though we were eating and couldn’t see our food, they thought that one outdoor lamp was sufficient. They were playing loud rap music as well, which I don’t mind but I could tell many guests were uncomfortable at the words being said in the songs. Overall, not the vibe

Staff could have done a lot better job in tending to customers you should not try to charge for something that the customer did not receive. Just simply do better

Excited to check out the new rooftop bar for their advertised “Valentine Experience”. Arrived on time for our reservation and was told the outside was full even though our reservation, made 3 weeks previous, was for outside. Paid a manager $20 to accommodate us. Outside bar was cozy and had a view of new construction around the area. Waited 30 minutes to order a drink, which we understood as we were told staff was overwhelmed the minute we were seated. We were given a menu with 12 items with 10 items checked off as not available. We ordered off the Valentine Experience menu and were told we would share the 5 items. 2 items came out in a timely manor. 60 minutes passed without any more food or a waitperson. A new waitperson finally showed up and asked us if we wanted anything else. We both said dinner and then explained we would just like to leave at this point. Many other patrons were leaving and sharing the same frustrations. We were told the manager would be back to help us. 30 more minutes passed and manager keep walking passed us without helping us. Finally decided to leave money on table and left. Manager was horrible and would not talk with us when we approached her as we were leaving. Night ended with valet bringing our car full of the smell of fresh weed! Classic night!!! Keeping Austin weird!!!!❤️🥂

Good ambiance and views, nice staff, seamless valet experience. Music was enjoyable, drinks were decent as well. Can't say the same about the food. Did the Valentine's day 5-course special which was an extremely disappointing and overpriced experience. As my girlfriend noted: “No spices were harmed in the making of any course.” Staff is clearly overworked as we had to continue asking for each course and waiting 30-45 min between, and had to leave for our next commitment before even receiving the last one. Would maybe go back for drinks on a regular night, but never again for that type of experience.
