Surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Great service. Food was very good but on pricey side. Perfect for a lunch while attending a conference at convention center across the street.

We were seated right away and had a lovely prompt easier who served us well. I just wish the menu had 1-2 additional choices in every category- what we got was great, it just felt limited. There was exactly one dessert (a Brulee). It was good, but there has to be better.

Our reservation didn’t matter.. we were sat at a table but were neglected for 25 minutes. No server ever came to greet us or take an order. We finally gave up and moved to the bar. Once there, we were able to get drinks and food.

No hostess on duty, so basically seat yourself with no recommendation. Staff did not fill in to welcome customers. Food tried too hard to be different. Plastic glassware devalued the experience.

This is the restaurant adjacent to the pool on the fifth floor. Decor is cafeteria I guess to accommodate people going from the pool to inside for food. Drink glasses have glass stems, but plastic tops. Food is above poolside type fare, but not much, although I have to say that the hamburger and fries were very good. This restaurant is not a destination spot, but great if you're attending a meeting at the convention center across the street and want a bite or you are a family looking for a place where kids will be welcomed.

It was a great time, food was great, they helped set up a memorable moment for us with our desert. It was quite loud this night only because there was a Patriots game happening that night. Other than that, great experience

Slow and subpar service. Hostess, waitstaff and other servers were either slow, less than eager to please or had a curt attitude. Ok food and drinks. Decent atmosphere to enjoy the summer weather, but that’s about it.

Went there on a date w my gf and we had a splendid time ! Our server took care of us very well and so did the bartenders after we decided to want to get more drinks at the bar !! We will come back

Omni staff, particularly the front desk and luggage desk, were absolutely atrocious and one of the worst customer experiences we’ve recently had as were going up for lunch. On top of that our waiter double charged us for our meal and didn’t even say anything. What should have been a $75 charge was $140+. There was no recognition of this and we had to point it out and wait for it to be figured out. No one at this restaurant or hotel were actually paying any attention to their guests and it shows the moment you walk in. We’ll never go back here to Lifted or the Omni ever again. Go to one of the other hotels or local establishments if you actually wanted to be treated with any level of decency, respect, and customer service.

I had the coconut shrimp bowl. The rice was good, and all of the other ingredients were individually good, but the overall combination didn't seem to go together. The 3 shrimp were rather large, but were simply grilled and the spices on the shrimp didn't have anything to do with the coconut flavor of the rice. I would have expected the shrimp to be flavored to match the rice. Likewise, the black bean and corn salsa had a vinegar flavor that didn't match or complement the rice. The cilantro was a nice addition - it would have been nice to have more of that. All-together, not a wholly successful dish, but individually the components were all tasty.

After making a reservation, seated where we requested not to be, music was way too loud and food took a very long time to arrive. Not an enjoyable experience and others around us had the same complaints :(

Everything about Lifted is outstanding. The service was superb. My server, Chris, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, including the spinach artichoke dip which was decadent. The views of Boston from the window seats is gorgeous. I highly recommend Lifted!

They had an afternoon DJ, BLASTING music obnoxiously loud. You could not hear the person sitting next to you without yelling. Staff made no offer to reduce volume, place was mostly empty. Never ordered, walked out after 5 mins. Not at all what I was expecting and definitely wasn’t go back.
