Liberty Kitchen at The Treehouse located in Memorial City, joins the neighborhood as a local restaurant serving modern, American food. Diners can see our chefs as they work the open flames cooking steaks, chops, ribs and fish. The inclusion of the grill has greatly influenced the menu – dishes made in cast iron Dutch ovens and an international selection of craveable Southern Coastal cuisine. The food is bold in flavor and rich in textured layering with a twist on tradition, the flickering flames lend a pleasant invitation to settle in to the space, relax and quite simply, eat.

Some of the favorite Liberty Kitchen staples are on offer such as the Creole Whole Crab, Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo, R&D Test Kitchen: Infamous Burger Bowl, Deviled Eggs and Lance’s Loaded Hushpuppies (The Real Original) served Liberty Kitchen gorilla-style. Daily Chef Special’s are not to be missed.

Great service & great food! The jumbo poached shrimp, the ceviche, the broiled lobster tail and the filet are all must haves! Also, lots of new menu items which sound amazing. I can't wait to try the new shrimp & crab lemon risotto on my next visit.

Liberty Kitchen on Bunker Hill is a great place! Excellent atmosphere, vibe, and food. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Wonderful experience! Food was amazing! We sat under/behind staircase and it was very hot and uncomfortable, no fans or extra air vents. Other than that, it was an overall wonderful experience! ❤️🙌🥂

It was a mistake to order steak. I don’t think we will go back for the price and the food.

They had a special appetizer with hummus, crab topped guacamole and queso that was perfect to share. The lobster roll was excellent as always. Oscar provided attentive service with a smile.

Mothers day so the service was a bit slow. Biggest issue i have…since it was mother’s day we were in with 3 kids. We ordered 3 lemonades for them. The waiter comes back with one and puts it on the table and says this is all we have so would one kid like a lemonade and the other 2 choose something else? Why would you put us in a spot like that. Just say you are out of lemonade so we don’t have to pick our favorite kid. Okay so im over that. When i get home and finally see what i paid for i see we were charged for 3 lemonades. The other 2 kids just decided to drink water.

The nice thing was we sat right at our reservation time. The waiter was a little slow, and forgetful. We had to send 2 plates back due to problems. Also took an hour for one dish. Food quality needs more finesse. The grilled seafood plate was overcooked and dry. Lacked flavor. We also overheard the manager, chef apologizing to another table for similar issues. Think they had a bad day. Food was ok, we expected more for the price we paid. Dinner for 5 was $330.00, for that kind of money it should have been a lot better.
