Libertine North End's menu is currently being updated with new specials each week! We are excited about our 98% gluten free menu. ALL ITEMS EXCEPT RAVIOLI HAVE A GLUTEN-FREE OPTION! Come join us and enjoy some of our new Portuguese dishes. We welcome you to enjoy our open window front dining room and bar where you may enjoy savory Italian and Portuguese foods and wines, or quench your thirst with one of our signature or seasonal cocktails. Our team is excited to welcome and serve your friends and family. Everyone is welcome at Libertine North End. NOTE: Parties larger than 6 must secure your reservation with a credit card. Also, in order to meet all our guests needs, we adhere to a 10 min late policy after which your reservation is subject to cancelation. Selection is limited - but everything on the menu is expensive for this hole in the wall. The photos are misleading - this feels like a $5 sandwich bar which you pay $30 for that sandwich!

The food is mediocre at best and the prices are fairly high. I wouldn’t mind the prices if the food was good though.

Our server was very nice and attentive. The ambiance was terrible- playing pop rock. This is the North End and felt like I was at TD Garden. The food was not even close to expected, especially for the $$$. I am willing to bet it was sauce from a jar on the less than good gnocchi! No idea what was in the $10 meatball, but by the time the 4 of us tried a bite, it was just about gone anyways. Between the ambiance and the low quality food, won’t be returning……very disappointed.

The gluten free bread was amazing as well as the calamari. my sister had the lobster ravioli and loved it. there was fresh lobster throughout. I wasn’t the biggest fan of my chicken broccoli and ziti gluten free, although the pasta itself was delicious. The sauce tasted like something had been burnt and the broccoli was only steamed and it seemed like premade grilled chicken that they just threw into the dish. I would love to come back again though to try something else.

Just okay - to us nothing special. For example: cesear salad looks and tastes like store bought small croutons and store bought deli cheese from a container, I.e. no thick pieces of cheese. It is literally the kind of salad you get at a gas station in a to-go container We were not offered black pepper or shaved Parmesan with anything. With my mushroom pasta, they brought over a Parmesan glass jar like the kind you get at every pizza place in the world. Umm no thanks. Pastas were ok just nothing special. Didnt think menu was great, not a lot of variety. Bread was lame. Basic soft white bread. We would have rathered grabbed a slice of pizza somewhere. Don’t understand the high rating.

We loved Libertine. The food was delicious. We had calamari, meatballs and burrata salad. Delish. Our entrees were the chicken and broccoli in Alfredo sauce, ravioli and chicken parmigiana. All were delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We went to Libertine to check out the gluten free menu. It did not disappoint. Both my kids have celiac so must eat gf. With the exception of Ravioli, everything else was gf. We had wonderful fried oysters, and lobster carbonara. Highly recommend both and both were gf.
