Enjoyed a taste of home - I was born in Romania - and the taste of “mittitei” was great. So was the “savarina” Loved the sour cherry. Will be back to taste other impromptu culinary adventures and experiments.

The meals are always great, breakfast lunch and dinner. There is something for everyone. My all time favorite right now are those corn ribs! I can’t wait for more.

I hadn’t been to lemon poppy kitchen in probably six years and didn’t know that they now serve dinner. They had an eclectic blend of Romanian and Mexican dishes, (only in LA!) and a nice cocktail and wine list. We ordered several small dishes… The potatoes were amazing, I wasn’t able to try the rice ball because it had egg on it, but the reviews from the group were very positive, and the cauliflower steak was fantastic. Two of us ordered the stuffed pepper, and it was so good, my husband had the salmon and said it was delicious, and the fourth person in our group had the goulash in like a red wine sauce and said it was also great. The service was wonderful and it was just the low-key evening we were looking for. Given that we’re right around the corner I will definitely go back.
