Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.

-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour for $98 per person or $108 5 courses menu du jour, that changes frequently) & $40 min. spend on Beverages. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 24hours prior to your bookings.

-We Are fully licenced, no BYO

-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $98 per person cancellation fee will apply.

This is a great place to have a dinner with your love ones. Great food, quiet block and friendly couple serving the best seasonal food without so crazy overpriced set menu! Love their Sea urchin and Alfonsino, and the shining bread!

We have just spent a week in Sydney dining at several high end restaurants. Le Salle was not just fabulous food - it was also a great dining experience. We were greeted warmly by our hosts, who really wanted us to understand and enjoy the depth of their cuisine. The food was delicious. We particularly appreciated that the philosophy was to serve exquisite food to a small number of diners - the restaurant only has about 14 tables and limits itself to 85 diners a week. This meant that we spent time chatting to our hosts on a range of food related topics in between sensational courses of delicately balanced food with nuanced flavour combinations.

Such a special restaurant. Just the chef and his wife as server makes this an incredibly intimate and special experience. Amazing food and fantastic wine selection. Absolutely recommend and will definitely return.

Outstanding meal not a weak link in any of the courses. A fine dining experience of the highest quality. It is not an inexpensive night but if you are looking for a special night out this is for you particularly if you are over the noise levels of most restaurants. Highly recommend.

Every dish was so delicious and amazing! There were some combination of Chinese and western dishes, which was surprising and I love it so much! They gave us extra tuna at the very beginning, and the environment was so nice!

An amazing experience by two incredible hospitality talents. Patrick’s cooking is phenomenal. Delicate, impeccably balanced dishes with clever concepts (like the oyster pearl). Beautifully plated. Amazing sauces. Front of house managed exceptionally by the beautiful bubbly Ede. Wonderful wine suggestions and conversation. Clearly two people with a huge passion for what they do. We feel very lucky to have been able to celebrate our 19th Anniversary here. Thank you both for making it so special. We hope to come again soon! Kylie and Henrik.

I had my pre birthday celebration here and I felt so welcomed by the restaurant owner. Love the vibe and cute letter which they prepared for me! And I was really into the marron tail. Definitely will come back next time XD

Although relatively new this restaurant is outstanding and one of the best I've dined at in Sydney. Chef Patrick achieves amazing flavours in every single dish making it very difficult to choose a favourite (we couldn't). Eddie is a wonderful hostess with an extraordinary eye for detail making the whole experience seamless. If you are looking exceptional food and service in a small intimate restaurant I urge you to book now as once word gets out this will be very hard to get into.

An experience like no other. Intimate setting with only 11 diners, one chef and one server, watching the creation of each course right in front of you and the chef explaining the thought process behind each was so unique and appreciated. A hidden gem for certain.

Very nice food with quiet and private-like atmosphere. Google map suggested different location so it was difficult to reach. This restaurant is in front of the building where it suggests.

Small and intimate space with outstanding food and wine. A set menu which changes frequently, the 4 courses for $88 is great value, with additional options available if you are extra hungry. Accompanied by a small but excellent wine list with several options by the glass. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb. The meal was delicious and its presentation was impeccable. An intimate dining space with beautiful attention to detail, from the tableware, lighting and soft furnishings. In an era where diners are rushed through their meal to make room for the next sitting, it was a delight to to able to linger.
