One of my best culinary experiences in Mexico. Was like a symphony, everything was perfect, well organized and by the same token, unique. Service from Paul, who explained exquisitely every dish, not only ingredients, but the story behind and its Mexican roots. Presentation was mind blowing! And wine pairing more than enough to balance and savoring everything! Congratulations to all the team involved on giving superb experiences

Very unique and delicious dining experience. This is very expensive but it is sensual overload for your eyes and tastebuds. The wait staff were excellent explaining each dish and its cultural relevance. The wine pairing is essential to get the most out of your meal. Highly recommend at least as a once in a lifetime or special occasion romantic dinner.

Chefs tables was an amazing experience. We opted for the highest tier of wine pairing for the experience. We were there for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. There was no pressure for timing and the explanation of all the foods and presentation was amazing.

Brilliant. Highly recommended fine dining in Cancun without the hoity toity of equivalent restaurants in Europe and the USA. Outstanding service. Food was refined and perfect in texture and taste. Was not expecting to enjoy this so much having been to so many Michelin and awarded places. If you enjoy experimental food and want a fantastically friendly and not pompous place, make sure you go.

Unbelievable experience! The food here was comparable to any Michelin star restaurant meal I've had. The presentation for every single dish was fun and innovative. The food takes you on a journey around Mexico, presenting you with ingredients and preparations most tourists will not have encountered. And, the menu is jam packed with high end ingredients; foie gras, bone marrow, oysters, caviar, sweetbreads, truffle, beef tongue, days-long moles, fresh tortillas, local chocolates . . . the list could go on and on. The wine pairing was a worthy add on as well. The only downside of going to this restaurant is that if you are not staying at this resort, getting to the restaurant is outrageously expensive, and will add a significant amount to the total cost of an already pricey experience if you don't have your own transportation. Not a fault of the restaurant though, a fault of the corrupt taxi system in Mexico.

The food was not compatible with the flavors & pairing. I’ve been to many tasting (next, Alina, Charlie trotter etc…) I would not recommend dinner here.

Experience felt rushed .The food beautiful some really amazing items and others just off with rubber texture. The waiter wasn’t very friendly and he wasn’t making the experience fun it was so serious it was uncomfortable. The atmosphere was dead silent need some entertainment or background music Not worth the price. We were shuffled in and shuffled out. The wine and drinks aren’t included !!

Overall, really enjoyed the food and service. First time at a testing menu where I also never felt like I was eating too much. My only complaint, and I say this at all restaurants like this, could we make it more lively inside? They tend to always feel like a library and everyone is hush hush.

Una experiencia culinaria imperdible si estas en la Riviera Maya. 3 horas que satisfacen cualquier expectativas, excelente atencion del personal. Recomendable tomar una de las 3 opciones de maridaje. Sin duda alguna un restaurante de estrellas Michelin, lamentablemente no existe todavia la guia en la region, pero en cuanto llegue seguramente recibirá sus merecidos reconocimientos.

Wonderful experience. Service was top notch. The combination of medican flavors and textures of food items was beyond imagination. Will definitely return. Saul was so attentive and courteous in his service. We dont drink alcohol and tried the juice pairing. It was exceptional. No drink was too sweet.

We ate there once before and it was 5* all the way. Our objection this time was that it had a lot of not our favorite food. The meat was tongue and sweetbreads and the fish was a little strange too. We had the full tasting menu without the wine pairing which would have been expensive. They have options that I might ask about next time. Vegetarian, no fish or no meat etc. I think it is always the tasting menu which is fun. This time I didn't like some of the choices they served. And some were perfect.

uno de los mejores restaurantes del pais sin duda alguna. Toda una experiencia en sabores, texturas, presentaciones y un manejo increible de los ingredientes. La imagionacion del chef para las presentaciones es sin igual, toda una fiesta para los sentidos. El maridaje realmente muy bien diseñado para los platos, complementado perfectamente los sabores.

It was by far the best food experience I have ever had. It is expensive so be ready to pay a lot, but it is totally worth the experience. It’s a three hours dinner. So many small bits, I didn’t think I would get enough to eat. I was very full and super satisfied. Definitely a must experience for a foodie. Every bit was a show piece.

Arrived at 7 right when they opened for our reservation, party of 3. They say 15min grace period or they charge you 1000 per person. They seated five parties that arrived after us. At 7:30 we were still waiting to be seated. Guess the grace period didn’t apply to them. All about the presentation but the food taste and quality not great. Long time between courses and description from waiters lacking. Then they screw you by only allowing taxis using their service that overcharges you by more than $20. DO NOT GO!!!! P.S. located in really cheesy hotel and long walk through drunk people at pool bar to get to restaurant.

Rivals Michelin restaurants that I have visited in California. Extremely creative menu. Very detail oriented in all aspects of the dining experience. Hyper local fare with regional influences. No complaints at all. If you’re a foodie then this is a must visit. It’s expensive by Mexican standards but worth the experience.
