      Este restaurante merece 3 estrellas Michelín, sin duda el mejor menú de degustación de México y no le pide nada a restaurantes 3 estrellas de otros países. Felicitaciones 👏👏👏👏👏

      For you who's reading this still deciding if you should drop buy for dinner, let me make it easy for you: just come. The experience is a feast for the eyes and your mouth too and that's as it should be. You also get a good education on the different direct and indirect inspiration of regional Mexican dishes and food. Through the complex juxtaposition of textures, flavours and bites of food (always a single bite in most cases), you're left feeling inspired by what the possibilities of elevating food into art. Excess is sometimes frown upon in our culture. And rightly so. But there are rare times that it opens up one's world and showcases the brilliant artisans that go above and beyond. We got a bit of a view in the kitchen (with permission) and I'm always so happy to see the dedication, the focus, the intensity by which the chefs (and student-chefs) moulding what are otherwise things we normally eat 3 times a day and brings it into focus. Enjoy your meal.

      Una experiencia inolvidable!!! Los platillos deliciosos pero con el maridaje de vinos, cada tiempo se convierte en una explosión de sabor. Ampliamente recomendable.

      One of my best culinary experiences in Mexico. Was like a symphony, everything was perfect, well organized and by the same token, unique. Service from Paul, who explained exquisitely every dish, not only ingredients, but the story behind and its Mexican roots. Presentation was mind blowing! And wine pairing more than enough to balance and savoring everything! Congratulations to all the team involved on giving superb experiences

      This was a fantastic dining experience, and I would do it again. The presentation and service were nothing short of phenomenal, and the food was very good. The creativity there has no bounds.

      Food was excellent with a few intriguing and unexpected combinations of ingredients. Well worth the money and would definitely visit again, if we are ever back in Cancun.
