Location and interior ambience is cool. I ordered the wings, red snapper and egg fried rice with beef. The wings were up to par. The entrees (red snapper and egg fried rice with beef) were poorly made and lacked seasoning. Waitress wasn’t attentive and didn’t offer that ‘Wow’ service. Prices are not worth the quality of food. Won’t be returning.

The ONLY thing upscale about this place is decor. I have nothing positive to report back. They failed on all levels. Hostess was short, food was bland, server was friendly & polite but very inexperienced. The food is Thai, I have no clue why they call themselves fusion. It’s low variety, basic flavored, Americanized Thai food. And they don’t even offer a Thai iced tea!

Great service and the food was amazing. The soul was great, I just wish it was in a larger bowl.

We gave it an 8/10. Points were removed because no one came to check on us after we had been seated, and then we had to ask for waters. We loved the decor and vibe as it was nicely done! I plan to come back!

I went with my parents and sister. Everything was great from our server to the food. We had the sample player for appetizers and he’d the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and bok choy. Simply perfection.

My experience at Le Chai was nothing short of amazing!! From the ambiance, the delicious food and the amazing service 10/10. For it to be a brand new restaurant I was super impressed and have been there a few times since it has opened. I highly recommend the salmon, flounder, calamari, and the lamb chops. The sorrel mojito is also one of my favs. Special thanks to the bartenders Eduardo and Latifah that mixes such amazing drinks and makes me feel at home every time I visit. I’m so thankful that I don’t have to travel to Manhattan for this 5 star experience!!

For a soft opening, it was good I would love to come back in the future to see how everything is once the staff is fully trained, and everything is situated. my food was good, I had the Singapore noodles. The staff was nice and accommodating drinks were great. however, a little pricey for the neighborhood. I think in time with working out the kinks. This can be a great restaurant

Beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff. The food options and price point need some work. I would definitely go back for drinks at the bar.
