    Lovely restaurant with outstanding service. The food was delicious. The tables are a bit small an the bistro chairs, well, they are bistro chairs. Would recommend the restaurant very much though.

    Wonderful little Bistro on the Royal Mile. Everything was delicious and the service was perfect. The scallop appetizer was fantastic. Entrees were delicious and all at a very reasonable price! Would definitely come back if we were in Edinburgh again.

    A beautiful historic setting and a superb menu. The meals were so good and the desserts too! Staff was fantastic!

    The food was great. At first, we put the poor service down to the fact that the place was packed. However as the place emptied, we could no longer give the benefit of the doubt. We had to ask to order, to get drinks, to clear each course and so on. Every time our request was met with "we'll be with you in a moment" The staff were more focussed on finishing their conversation than doing their jobs. Shame because it's a nice place and the food was very good but we wouldn't go back.

    Food was fabulous Unfortunately only two servers our waitperson said two others called out sick But understandable and overall they got caught up

    We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the two course menu that was offered. Service was attentive and the food was delicious. Very nice setting and would definitely dine here again.
