Le Bilboquet, bringing a premier French restaurant experience to Denver and Cherry Creek North.

This bistro is modeled after the Upper East Side original — a dining room dressed in white linens, with velvet seats, dark wood, and brass finishes. The Denver menu will include traditional and modern French fare, as well as the house special: Cajun Chicken.

Le Bilboquet is a 6,000-square-foot location at 3rd and Saint Paul has a premier 70 seat patio, a beautiful lounge, a 24 seat private dining room and a main dining room that can seat up to 110 guests.

Service attentive and knowledgeable. Cuisine wonderful with expected French classics. Patio dining special with European sidewalk lighting, white linen tablecloths and wicker planters with boxwoods. Start with champagne and the delicious pomme frites! Bar/interior seating appears lovely as well with vibrant, lush decor and fabulous artwork.

The three of us arrived on Mother's Day 15-minutes before our reservation. We waited for an hour to be seated. We waited another 30-40 minutes before our appetizers arrived. We had two drinks (cocktail and wine) but after another 30 minutes, our entrées had not arrived. We were no longer hungry so decide to take our main courses and deserts to go... This was the most expensive ($450+) dinner I never ate.

Outstanding dining experience From the foie groin and escargot to the short rib and duck were served hot and prepared well. Service was special and a truly enjoyable experience

This is one of the better restaurants in Denver. Parking can be a challenge in the Cherry Creek North area. I life the linen tablecloths with paper on top of them. Excellent service.

When we first walked in there were 2 parties waiting in front of the hostess stand. They only had 1 hostess working and she was on the phone while our 3 parties waited by the door. Eventually got seated and quickly felt neglected by our server. For such an expensive restaurant you would think they would have 5 star service. My friend said something and our waitress explained that she herself is the manager and was spread thin because it was early in the week and they were training 2 new people. The Cajun chicken almost makes up for all of this but sadly don’t think I’ll be back.

Consistently good. You will not be disappointed. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. This is our go to restaurant for upscale good food.

Tasty lunch on their sunny patio with yummy food and a good bottle of Rose. Late Spring in Colorado at a French bistro is unbeatable. Service on point, excellent wine selection and tasty comfort food.

Arrived and had a seat in the lounge, a round of drinks there, the rest of our group arrived and the host was very accommodating on letting us move the bar for another drink prior to being seated Such friendly and welcoming staff. Always delicious food and every time we bring friends that have never been here before, they say the same thing “this was fabulous- how come we’ve never been here before” Thank you, Le bib for always making us feel fabulous

I have eaten here many times and have always enjoyed it. This visit was different. Service was SO very slow it made me uncomfortable for my guests. It was not relaxing. I could not get anyone’s attention to serve us when we needed something. It seemed the kitchen could not keep up and there wasn’t enough staff to serve the guests.

Love their service at the bar! Table service is excellent as well. This is third visit in a month the time and from what I tried so far: Crab appetizer, Caesar , onion soup, steak, apple tart all amazing! This is now my favorite restaurant in Denver!

Le Bilboquet was an excellent choice for a leisurely, quiet lunch. The service is impeccable. We began our meal with grilled slices of a baguette. Our salads were delicious. We both chose the Curried chicken salad with generous portions of grilled chicken, sliced avocado, raisins, shredded carrots, and red onion in a light curry dressing. The salads were beautifully presented. We enjoyed the recommended special dessert of the day -- rich chocolate cake filled with "molten" chocolate in a flavorful vanilla creme sauce. The ambiance is elegant!

Another amazing date night at Le Bilboquet. We started in lounge area enjoying one of the best Old Fashioned’s in Denver. Then an amazing meal (beet salad is a must and is easily shared). My go to is the Cajun chicken which never disappoints. My wife loved the bavette steak! The service is what makes this place so special…attentive, personable but not over intrusive! She suggested a great wine pairing for us as well!

Overall, we had a good time. The positives: the risotto was excellent, and we added scallops and divided it as an appetizer. My wife really enjoyed her Seabass and the sides. Yeah, the weather was very polite and helpful as were the other staff. The negatives: my duck confit was somewhat dry. The waiter mentioned bringing over some bread, but never did so. Overall, the prices are to be expected, but the addition of three scallops increased the cost of the risotto by $30.

The service, the ambiance, and the food were outstanding. Oh, and it's great to now have Valet parking right outside of the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, Le Bilboquet.

Well, I booked this because of the DJ champagne brunch, and when i booked the reservation, it told me that was happening, and when we got there, there was no DJ. I've booked this experience before and never had any issues but for some reason this time the waitress told me they only offer the champagne brunch "during patio season." That is fine but i am not sure why on open table it told me i was booking the Champagne DJ brunch. If i had known that wasn't happening i would not have booked. I had out of town friends visiting and I was disappointed to say the least.

Beautiful place with no rush, outstanding service. The food is well prepared and 4 of the 4 diners rate the appetizer a 5 3 of 4 diners rate the main course a 5. I rate it a 4. I expected a little more from the duck confit. All 4 of us look forward to a return dinner.

Lovely atmosphere Beautifully decorated. Service is good not the quickest but sometimes I think that’s our fault. It’s customers the Cajun chicken dish for lunch is the best you’ll ever eat and I’m from Mississippi.

Le Bilboquet was an elegant setting for a special birthday lunch, completed by their signature "sparkler" in a scoop of ice cream for the birthday person. We also shared the delicious carrot cake for dessert. The beautifully presented entrees included the cobb salad, "the special of the day" chicken sandwich with tasty frites, and the chicken avocado salad. We appreciated the wine selection, and easily found some favorites. The service is impeccable.
