LB Steak is a modern American steakhouse that delivers an elevated dining experience in a comfortably elegant space. The menu features a wide variety of hand-cut, perfectly prepared Prime Angus Steaks and imported, rare, and exclusive A5 Japanese Wagyu selections, all aged and hand cut in our butcher shop. The whiskey and bourbon selection is sure to satisfy the tastes of the most discerning connoisseurs. A comprehensive range of domestic and imported wines complement the menu. While the goal is to showcase the range and potential of global wines and varietals pairing with the LB Steak menu, we still pay homage to tradition and dedicate a large portion of the wine list to standouts among Bordeaux varietals, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon.

Food was good: Market Oysters (2 kinds), Bone Marrow, A5 Japanese Wagyu Trio, Filet Mignon, Molten Lava cake, Baked Alaska sorbet, Vanilla Old Fashion, and Gold Digger. However, I was sadly disappointed in the Japanese Wagyu Trio. It was a bit over cooked and also not buttery soft. Pretty chewy. So the most expensive and most luxurious part was of the meal was a huge let-down. Lastly, service was good in the beginning, but somehow a bit neglectful towards the end. For example, the heat lamp was not working and I was assured a new one would be moved over. Not. It was 9pm outside and all it needed was a new propane tank. So I replaced the tank myself and my wife (on Mother’s Day) finally felt cozy.

I came here for the first time on Mother's Day. The staff was very accommodating with us changing our reservation time last minute and our server gave us excellent customer service. It was great to see the cultural diversity in the staff as well. Three stars for the food was based on the Mother's Day special menu. The sea bass and side of mashed potatoes was good but not great. Other than that the experience was amazing.

This was our first visit to LB steak and We had Mother’s Day brunch. Steaks were amazing . Sides were great . Kids loved kids meal options . Overall Food was all delicious . Service was great . We loved the ambiance and all the other amenities the lot at bishop ranch has to offer

Don’t sleep on the onion rings and Mac and cheese - phenomenal. Spinach (not creamed) was perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes were smooth but sadly had no salt or seasoning to it at all, kind of bland! But had a fantastic meal overall, food and service wise!

We had a late lunch at LB Steak, which was our first time there. We had the brisket sandwich and the steak sandwich, which were both excellent. In addition, the lunch menu was a great value as these went for $24 and $25, with fries. Their onion rings were also very good. As it was a late lunch, the restaurant was mostly empty, so it's hard to give an accurate rating for noise (it was quiet) and service (ours was excellent). Overall, we were impressed and plan to go back.
