The menu is designed for sharing.
Our cocktails are exclusively created for Layla and designed to complement chef Meir Adoni’s food.

Groups of up to 50 people can be accommodated in either our semi-private area or terrace and the Restaurant is also available for exclusive events of up to 120 guests.

Ein tolles Restaurant, eine entspannte Atmosphäre und unglaublich diskretes und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. - absolut 5 Sterne plus ! Und dennoch hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Weinkarte ein wenig besser sortiert gewesen wäre und vor allem das die Auswahl, lediglich ein Glas Wein zu trinken, größer und vielfältiger gewesen wäre. Das Essen war ohne wenn und aber top, aber auch hier fehlte der letzte kleine Step zu vollen 5 Sternen. Ein tolles Essen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

…eine schöne Erfahrung. Toller Service, alles in allem sehr gut. Wenngleich ich 33,- Euro für einen Blumenkohl - der allerdings sensationell war - schon sehr ambitioniert empfinde. Aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Von daher gern wieder. BTW. …die Musik im Restaurant war super.

Loved the food which is Middle Eastern fusion at its finest! We tried multiple dishes but the standout stars were the octopus, scallops and the beetroot starter. The venue has a great atmosphere and the service was exceptional. I really loved the fact that you could see everything going on in the kitchen too. Definitely worth a visit

Wer etwas Außergewöhnliches sucht, ist hier genau richtig, das Layla ist toll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm beleuchtet, der Service (überwiegend englischsprachig) ist super, das Essen ist hervorragend. Bekannte Speisen werden neu interpretiert, die Küche verwendet spannende Gewürze und Aromen und verschafft einem so neue Geschmackseindrücke. Durch die offene Küche kann man alles live verfolgen, was ich immer sehr sympathisch finde. Das Ganze hat zugegeben auch seinen Preis, 14 € für ein Glas Rotwein sind schon ambitioniert, dafür schmeckte er (mir) aber auch sehr gut. Ich komme gerne mal wieder.

A very warm and friendly waiter ( bloke from the Ukraine - please thank him) and a gorgeous menu. However - this is our third visit and the third time there have been some sort of issues ( freezing bar, boiling restau and last night - 50 min wait for the main course with our waiter saying it was a technical issue and another shrugging and saying it was busy and looked at us as is if we were unreasonable. For clarity - it was approximately at capacity… ). Stunning dessert offered on the house which was a kind gesture. A good proposition but as someone who only visits Berlin a couple of times a year, I can’t say I will make it my priority visit any longer. Berlin simply has too much competition! But thank you!

The food was very good and the portions were generous. We really enjoyed the flavors and the atmosphere. It was a bit too hot in the restaurant, maybe because of the open kitchen in the middle of the place. It made us a bit uncomfortable. But other than that it was lovely evening, tasty food and great service.

The food was really delicious and service was kind and quick. The prices are definitely quite high for Berlin but it was worth it for the quality of the food. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is nice, with the open kitchen and nice decor.

A disappointing experience in a country we believed loved new year's eve. Food was cold, staff were rude and this wasn't the experience it was made out to be. Certainly would not return

Essen sensationell, Organisationsablauf des Silvestermenüsverbesserungsfähig.Einlass erfolgte erheblich verspätet was dazu führte, dass das Essen um Mitternacht unterbrochen werden musste, da noch 3 Gänge ausstanden. Es wurden danach nicht konsumierte Getränke in Rechnung gestellt. Das Trinkgeld wurde automatisch, ohne Rücksprache und ohne Hinweis auf der Rechnung in Ansatz gebracht. Insgesamt gesehen ein sensationelles Essen mit organisatorischen Mängeln

This diner have ruined our new year evening Everything was bad! The food was cold (cold meat, cold ravioli… etc) the potatoes were Raw The service was a big unprofessional mess not paying any attention to the customes… A fix menu of 8 dishes, very long waiting when two of the dishes were forgotten to be served… Meir Adoni, so dissaponting we will never return to any of his restaurants.

Wir haben am 31.12.23 das 8 Gänge Menü gehabt. Einmal Vegetarisch und einmal das Normale. Alles war lecker bis auf zwei Gänge diese entsprachen nicht ganz unserem Geschmack:) Es war eine tolle Erfahrung und ein toller Abend (3 Stunden). Service war gut und unser Kellner Niko sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Vielen Dank an alle für die schöne Zeit.

Fantastic New Years Eve dinner. Great staff and great food. The only ‘negative’ was that there was so much food! I would say drop at least one course or reduce portion sizes, (particularly the very rich risotto) - although it’s difficult to complain about their generousity! Thanks for a memorable NYE celebration!

This is one of our favorite places to eat world-class Israeli food, with impeccable and warm-hearted service in an ambience that makes every delicious bite a sensation. Great wines and cocktails, too! A piece of Tel Aviv in the city of Berlin -- it does not get any better. Thanks for many a memorable evening and many more to come!

Bedienung und Kontakt sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Leider hat es vom Starter bis zum Gericht sehr lange gedauert. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns ein kleiner Snack gereicht, welcher, wie wir im Nachhinein erfahren haben, nicht vegetarisch war.

The restaurant is inside the Crown Plaza Hotel in Berlin. The food was nicely presented and was tasteful. The selection of the wine list needs improvement. There is only one type of red wine from Israel with 15,5% available by the glass. All others are sold by the bottle.

Insgesamt war es bei Layla nett. Die Preise jedoch m.E. zu hoch für die erbrachte Leistung, z.B. das günstigste kleines Glas Wein 12€ oder die kleinste und günstigste Vorspeise 15€ oder eine der wenigen vegetarischen Hauptspeisen, der geröstete Blumenkohl 33€

Service, Ambiente & Essen waren vorzüglich…Einzige Kritik: Die Musik war sehr vordergründig . Dadurch wurde der Geräuschpegel je voller es wurde sehr laut. ( ein bisschen ‚Bahnhofathmosphäre’ ) Eine entspannte Unterhaltung zu dritt nur schwer möglich. Schade, weil alles andere wirklich klasse war…

Such an amazing experience! The food is heavenly, prepared with love and care. Great combinations of different kitchens. We had seats at the bar, which I highly recommend. The chef and waiter took really good care of us and made our evening one to never forget!

Die Gerichte haben sehr schöne Aromen mit zT ungewöhnlichen Gewürzen und Kombinationen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich aber durch die Verständigung in English ergeben sich gelegentlich Unklarheiten und Verwechslungen. Preise und Portionsgrößen sind recht nobel aber akzeptabel.

Musik viel zu laut. Kellner nur englischsprachig, auch wenn das derzeit hip ist in einigen Restaurantkreisen, möchte man das als regelmäßiger Restaurantgeher in Berlin nicht. Sehr hohes Preisniveau mit 125 € für zwei Personen, wobei nur eine Hauptspeise dabei war +2x Vorspeise (z,B. 4 Scheiben Brot für 13 €, eine kleine Sardine für 25 € ?!). Der Kellner wollte einen Teller schon abräumen obwohl noch eine Rest der Speise darauf lag . . .
