Every time we come to Vegas, we make sure we eat at Lavo. It is truly one of our favorite places. The food is excellent, the service has always been outstanding, it’s a great location, and if you eat outside, the view is spectacular. Every time we’ve been there, everyone who works has been so courteous and professional, I would highly recommend this restaurant, you can’t go wrong!

The restaurant is wonderful. The food pasta was all way under cooked. Super expensive but for my mum on Mother’s Day is ok to splurge. I don’t think i would return just based on the meals we ordered. Service was great. Staff was great!! Location great.

We went for the bottomless brunch. We sat on the patio, which was beautiful, but this is Vegas, so when the sun moved directly over all the tables it became a real problem. They only have umbrellas for less than half of the tables. All the tables were asking for umbrellas or to be moved inside. The staff noted that they had been asking the management for more umbrellas to be ordered so that guests can have a great patio brunch experience instead of leaving with sunburns. Please just order some umbrellas already! The food was great. We loved the chicken and waffles, beet salad, oysters, and pasta. There are so many options to try! We also had the bottomless drinks including mimosas, bloody Mary and Maria, and aperol spritz. The service was good, but it took a little longer for the food to come out sometimes.

The aesthetic of the restaurant was undoubtedly appealing, setting a pleasant atmosphere for the dining experience. Starting with the appetizers, both the garlic bread and meatball were exceptional, setting high expectations for the rest of the meal. My main course, the chicken parmigiano classico, was cooked to perfection, although I couldn't help but envy other restaurants who opted for the baby veal parmigiana, which tastes even better. However, I was disappointed by the limited dessert options available, especially for chocolate enthusiasts like myself. The 20-layer peanut butter chocolate cake leaned heavily towards the peanut butter side, which may not suit everyone's preference. Additionally, the timing of table setting and initial service left much to be desired, as these tasks should ideally be completed before guests are seated. Despite these shortcomings, the food itself was undeniably delicious. However, the service failed to match the quality of the cuisine, lacking attentiveness and failing to acknowledge special occasions like birthdays. In conclusion, while the food was excellent, the overall dining experience was marred by subpar service. In addition to the dining experience, the initial interaction with the host over the phone left much to be desired. The host struggled to provide clear directions to the restaurant, causing confusion for potential patrons trying to locate it. Furthermore, stating that the restaurant was on the second floor but then deferring to asking someone else in the mall for directions added to the frustration. Clear and concise directions are essential for a smooth dining experience, and this aspect fell short of expectations.

They were short staffed which effected the service. Took forever for the food and refills on drinks. They changed their menu with certain items. It did not match their website menu.

30 mins to sit even with a reservation. Comp’d us 2 drinks which is fine but too long to wait. Service very slow - 15-20 mins until we had a glass of wine. Clearly understaffed because there were empty tables. Food is reasonable and about what you’d expect.

Cocktails are pricey would like to know the price when given recommendation. They asked if it was a special occasion, I mentioned it was a make-up dinner for our engagement because I was in the hospital and I feel missed opportunity to make it even more special because they asked. But we had a lovely evening and glade we picked Lavo.

Loud. Loud. Loud. And cramped. Kudos to the staff for being able to maneuver the trays through the maze of tables. Our server was good and attentive. But the food was average. Felt like it was more assembly line food versus a special dish. And for that price point would have expected something more freshly prepared.

A little disappointed on having to wait over 30 minutes past my reservation to be seated. The hostesses aren’t too friendly, and I had to keep checking to see when we going to be seated. Also requested a window seat and didn’t get one of those or an explanation. The sever was good, knowledgeable. The food was good. The ambiance appealing.

Two of us ordered spaghetti and meatball and it was some of the worst food I have ever experienced. The amount of salt was unbearable and was all that could be tasted.

Been to the place many times, last few times we have been very disappointed, service has been very poor, waitress not listening to full orders, sitting waiting for a clean plate for 15 mins, waiting for some olives, oil for over ten minutes, shrimp with zero taste. Entree tasted like it was something you brought in the in a grocery store frozen food aisle. Noticed the food servings are been reduced as well form earlier visits, restaurant feels like the quality has been degrading, unfortunately it will be off our lists of places to eat in the future

Ashley took great care of us and we appreciate her professionalism and expertise!! Probably our 20th visit over the years. We extended a work trip to spend the weekend eating at Lavo- fav place for steak in the world!!! Hubs was disappointed to see the wet aged steak no longer on menu but said y’all just know how to cook a steak so well and he loved the dry aged as well. Lavo is the only place I trust to cook a steak rare. Truly outstanding experience. We’ll b back for a 3rd time tonight.

Have been to Lavo a few times in the past and it was always very good but this time my wife and I thought it was exceptional. From the food to the service it was a great experience. I was there for Sunday brunch. Tennessee was a great server. He recommended the Caesar salad which was very good. I had the bottomless Aperol Spritz which were refreshing and tasty. The baked goods were tempting but I refrained except for trying a few bites of the croissant which was exceptional. I had an omelette (very good but too much food of course overall), the breakfast sausage was too salty to enjoy and the grilled asparagus were very good. Was too full for dessert however! I have done this brunch many times and I like the variety and table service (rather than buffet lines)!

Went to Lavo to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Experience was less than desirable. The table setup was such that guests and servers would have to squeeze between our table and an adjoining table. My brother's chair was touched/moved at least 10 times before we asked to move the table further out of the way. Not sure why there was no space planned for or if the restaurant just had too many guests planned for. Additionally, the table was wobbly, and almost fell over until a server was able to prop up. Further, my Dad's coffee was not hot and we had to request a new cup of coffee. For a special occasion meal that we are paying top dollar, I would have expected more. I was disappointed to say the least since I've dined at Lavo in Singapore and had a memorable experience.
