Our #1 go-to for special occasions and everyday dining. Luck to go before they closed for the season. Oscar was our server and very attentive.

Have been here several times but never on a holiday weekend. Service was slow and we had to ask for our waiter several times. Food is normally fantastic but the lobster ravioli had little flavor and seemed like a different recipe than prior times. The special on the menu was halibut. It was very dry and over cooked or sat under a heat lamp to long. Of course we will return but needed to let them know that this time it was supar.

This is my second time and I didn’t think my previous visit could be topped but indeed it was.This was our anniversary and when we walked in they greeted us with happy anniversary with a card and a small gift at our table !!We will be celebrating our anniversary here next year as well !!

We love the restaurant, everyone is so kind and friendly. The music is perfect, you can carry on a conversation and enjoy it as well. So comfortable and relaxing, just a pleasure to sit and enjoy the people and great food.

Everything started out well until one of the owners/managers got involved. He hovered around our table after the Main Course was served and chased our very busy waiter around to cash us out as we lingered over after dinner drinks to listen to the live music (guitarist). We felt pushed out as the manager was telegraphing to staff that we'd be leaving very soon (when that was not our intention). There were several other empty tables available for incoming guests, so we felt in no hurry to leave while still enjoying the musician. Also, per Open Table prompting, we specified when making the reservation that it was a special occasion for us, but there was no recognition of same during our dining experience. The patio was beautiful. But, the food and drinks were overpriced; that is, given that the menu items and wine selection were not particularly innovative or seasoned in any unique way. We felt sorry for the staff as the said owner/ manager seemed to micromanage them and then, conversely, also provided table service for dtinks and dessert. It does seem to be a popular place, so perhaps we missed something. Many guests brought children, but there did not seem to be a Children's menu. The bar area looked like fun as well, but a bit stuffy given the ppen air of the patio. Nevertheless, given the other great retairants in the CV, we won't return to Lavenders soon for the overpriced standard fare.

Magical setting on the outdoor patio, lovely live music, great service, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

We were visiting from Atlanta and found Lavender Bistro on Open Table. We booked a dinner and loved it so much we cancelled a dinner on another night to come back here for our farewell dinner. Lavender Bistro is a gem!
