Worst experience - 12:30 reservation. Ordered Avocado toast as soon as we sat down - you can’t get drinks until you get food - the time is now 1:27p and we’ve still not gotten said food. We wasted an hour at this restaurant for them to only offer to bag our food to go - which I paid for and LEFT. I did not make reservations to sit at a table for an hour to drink water and then get avocado toast to go. I think it’s only fair to refund my money. Would NOT recommend Laurel to anyone EVER!

We had a table for two in a quiet corner. Our waiter Simo was wonderful. Everyone was very nice to us. The service was great. It took a little time for the entrees to come out, but they were worth the wait. The food was excellent.

Chicken was dry. No bar service. Large loud party seater right next to is in fairly empty restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service. Unfortunately, the food was not good. We wanted very much to like everything as the servers were incredibly kind and efficient, but from the bread to the entrees, we didn’t like it.

Terrible experience. We came for Mother’s Day. We were not told that water was 7$. Two cocktails and water was already 100$. The waiter was terrible. Got way too close to me and my spouse. Invaded our personal space and made us both very uncomfortable. Food was terrible and over salted. No music just people talking. We all wanted to leave and cut our losses but we gave them a chance. Over 400$ dinner not worth 20$. Would have better food and service at McDonald’s. Never coming back.

The food was great, ambiance for Mother's Day. It is always the same for us, we will return to a place if the food is bad to give it another try if the service warrants it. The service started great then got really bad toward the end. We were noticing other tables that showed up after us getting their food before us, and empty drinks is never good. It got so bad, I signed the food receipt, assuming that my reservation had a credit card on file. I left to get our vehicle, rest of the family stayed around taking pictures, we even took pictures outside the hotel (which is lovely) so basically 20 minutes? Then after leaving, only then did someone call me to say I had not left my card for payment. Our waitress never was around. So that can be approved for sure. (I payed btw, not dine and dash) :)

Extremely disappointed in the Mother's Day Brunch in 2024. Our service (lack of) was unacceptable. Not sure of our the wait staff was brand new but nobody seemed to have a clue during this shift. Ordering was difficult and didn't understand what a mimosa carafe was even though it was the feature of the menu. FInally after much delay brought it and then no glasses. Food comes, no silverware. We asked for these items multiple times to multiple wait staff before they were delivered. I have been to Laurel for dinner before and had a good experience. Brunch, and in particular a special holiday brunch, was not worth it at all and the service was so lousy, we won't be back for brunch again. Perhaps the pre-set tip didn't help as no one had any incentive to do their job and unfortunately it showed.

Very poor experience , it seems more like a Hotel Cafeteria than a Real Restaurant. Considering the Hotel’s Location we expected much more .
