Hands-down the best Mother’s Day brunch I ever had we were all in all at the spread of food the quality of the food with a live music and then of course just the ambience and the setting is beautiful and then finally having a dessert room with all those amazing decadent desserts Just unbelievable I also really enjoyed the specialty cocktails.

Mother’s Day Buffett was extremely overpriced with terrible tasting food. Buffet items were cold and omelette station was a disappointment. Do not book.

Mothers Day ambience was lovely with piano and flute player. However, the food was mediocre with very dried out food at the carving stations. Also- wait staff need improvement. Had to ask for beverages multiple times and empty plates were not removed.

Went for Mother's Day and they did not tell us when we made the reservations that we would not be in the restaurant but rather is a back room ballroom.

When making the reservation, I requested to be be placed in a quiet area of the restaurant. They really respected the request and seated us in a private room. We loved the environment, the food, and the service and will definitely will be frequently this great restaurant.

Our 2nd time here and we were very pleased again. They gave us the same private corner table as before. The food was again excellent. We took advantage of some menu changes. Great idea to have half portions of pasta (especially for us seniors). Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful. John was his same friendly and accommodating self, making us feel like we were family members. He even helped me “off the ledge” about the 76ers loss, reminding me that things were looking up in baseball and the football draft. When we want to go out for dinner, Laurea will continue to be at the top of our list! We hope to see you again soon!

The food and service were excellent. Our waitress was incredible. The calamari was so fresh that many of us at the table agreed that it was the best calamari we had ever had. The salmon and home made pastas (Shrimp Scampi, Gnocchi Cacio de Pepe) we tried were also excellent. You don't tend to think of hotel restaurants as necessarily being great, but this one was outstanding. Worth going to even if you're not staying at the hotel.

Even though I made a reservation and was made to wait a decent amount of time. This place did not disappoint. The cocktails were delicious and the food was delicious. There was a point where the food took an extreme amount of time to get out to us but they are the bill for all of our food for the inconvenience. Will definitely eat here again!

We had a 745 reservation. We were seated at 8. Ordered all our food at about 810. Some food came out about 835. But then no more food came until we were actually getting up to leave at 9:30. I have never waited so long for entrees at a restaurant.

Laurea at the Hyatt Princeton is lovely. We went for Easter brunch. The presentation was wonderful and the restaurant itself is pretty. The food, not so much. It was average at best. The presentation in the dessert room was awesome. Our server, Christine was wonderful and very attentive. Thank you Christine!

We had a beautiful and delicious night here! Our waitress Erin was so sweet and attentive. We really enjoyed every aspect of our meal, from the drinks to the appetizers to the meal and dessert. Nice atmosphere, great service and all around a nice night.

It’s a nice restaurant. There is a good selection. We were not very hungry so it was a burger and fries for me and an appetizer for my better half. The fries were old and reheated. Bottom of the bag. The burger was good. The Buffalo Mozzarella was good too. I should have ordered a salad instead of the fries.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of celebrating Valentine's dinner at Laurea, and the evening was nothing short of a culinary disaster. For the hefty price tag of $200 for two people, the meal was a far cry from the romantic and delightful experience we had hoped for. 1. **Stale and Lifeless Pastas:** The pasta dishes at Laurea were a major letdown. Each bite felt like a journey into disappointment as the pastas were served cold and dry, reminiscent of leftovers that had lost their appeal hours ago. 2. **Misleading Vegetarian Options:** Despite inquiring about vegetarian options and being assured of plenty by our waitress, the reality was quite the opposite. The actual selection of vegetarian dishes was disappointingly limited, leaving us with few choices and a sense of false advertising. 3. **Cold and Soggy Pizzas:** The pizza situation was equally disheartening. Instead of having fresh slices available, Laurea opted to replace the pizzas only after the entire pie was devoured. This resulted in cold, soggy slices that failed to capture the essence of authentic Italian cuisine. 4. **Dessert Dilemma:** The dessert selection at Laurea left much to be desired. With minimal variety, the lackluster options failed to provide the sweet and satisfying conclusion one expects from a fine dining establishment. 5. **Fruitless Experience:** Surprisingly for an Italian restaurant, Laurea lacked any presence of fruits on its menu. This absence only added to the monotony of the meal and raised questions about the authenticity of the dining experience. 6. **Flat Champagne, Cheap Sensation:** To top it all off, the complimentary champagne lacked any fizz, resembling a cheap supermarket find rather than a thoughtful addition to a special Valentine's dinner. The food was excellent. Our tradition is to go out for a “fancy” breakfast on Valentines Day. This year we chose Laurel, and it did not disappoint. And our server was so lovely and charming.

The Mater Dei John was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Thank you John for seating us near the water falls (LOL). And thank you John for using your contact list to “find a guy” to deliver mulch to my house. (LOL). The recommendations from the server Sabrina were spot on. I never thought that a “hotel restaurant” could be so great, but this certainly was. We will plan to return soon, hoping that John will be working again that night.

We had the trout which first arrived very over cooked. We did receive a second order and it was delicious. The shaved Brussels sprouts salad was bright, tasty and they split it for us. Our server was very good, attentive without hovering clear plates. Overall, a lovely evening…we will come again.

Unfortunately, I have to express regret for visiting this "Restaurant" I made Dinner Reservations for myself and Family (Wife and 3 year old Son). We arrived on time and were totally ignored by the "Staff." There wasn't a host present at the podium (waiting area) to seat us. My Wife and I were standing for about (10) mins but felt like forever because there was staff walking back and forth but No one ever acknowledged us. There was even some staff standing around having conversations who saw us but did not assist. The Restaurant had very few customers seated and it didn't seem busy at all. My Wife started to notice we were being ignored which made me feel really bad. Other customers who were already seated also noticed, which made it embarrassing. Eventually, someone finally came to us and greeted us. This person asked if we had a Reservation and I confirmed we did. However, this person couldn't seem to find it. Someone else, also came over without acknowledging my family and began to converse with the first person about what appeared to be some confusion about our Reservation??? My Wife and I, still standing there the entire time with our 3 year old child awaiting to be seated also began to get confused. Finally, my Wife had enough and decided we were no longer going to eat there. She felt embarrassed and I couldn't blame her. Ultimately, we decided to go elsewhere to eat but not before our 3 year old son began to cry because he realized we were leaving and he was hungry and ready to eat. It made me feel really bad because my wife and young son had to experience that. I hope No other family has to experience that. Please Do Better.

Had a limited menu. Even in the limited menu few items weren’t there. Host was waiting for us to leave soon. Food very mediocre for the price. Please close the restaurant if you do not want to operate on holiday season. No one is going to starve, they will find better food elsewhere

From the time I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and waited on with impeccable service. Our server Michelle took care of everyone’s requests and double checked the GF food options as well! Steaks were cooked perfectly and everything else we ordered was delicious! This is located inside the Hyatt on rt1 in Princeton
