Had to get this reservation a few months in advance but I see why now. Food was amazing, staff was exceptional, gorgeous ambiance. Your reservation time is the time that your boat will pick you up and take you over to Sunset Key. Was worried this might be overrated but it was definitely not! Worth every penny. Highly recommend

This was probably the best dining venue I’ve ever experienced. The Ferry Ride to Sunset Key, the dining experience sitting outside under the palm trees, and the food, was all perfect. Our waiter was Arron who was very knowledgeable, very patient, and very helpful. He was so accommodating and professional. Awesome experience all the way around!!!

I booked one month in advance saying it was my birthday and I wanted a table by the sea. When we arrive they seat us far away from the sea, but they were plenty of tables left next to the sea, just needed to be cleaned. I requested to move next to the sea and they told us the tables were all booked. It was 9pm. I watched the tables empty for the entire night. My fish was the grouper, overcooked and totally dried. We saw all the candles for everyone else birthdays except for mine. I will never return again. The only good thing was the nice server.

We went to the island for breakfast - we originally wanted a sunset dinner reservation , but it was booked for the dates we were there. What a fabulous choice !! it was a beautiful morning, we sat outside. Table of 4. The fruit platter was phenomenal and we shared it. The table had a variety of food and every single thing was great !! our waiter was so friendly and professional as well. We will definitely be back, maybe even to stay at the resort !!! Book early, you will not regret it.

We truly enjoyed our experience at latitudes. The view the staff and the food were incredible. If you’re looking for a romantic evening in a quiet, beautiful setting, this is the place. We had a Caesar salad and tuna pokey bowl for appetizers. For main class, we had the girls snapper and the wag skirt which were both exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back. And don’t forget the beautiful sunset view. I would say it was the most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen

We dine out more than we probably should because it can often make us pretty critical when something goes wrong. At latitudes we were very impressed. They did everything right. When we arrived we were greeted and seated by Art who after telling him we hadn’t been there before he paused and said “well how about we take you to the best seat in the restaurant.” He was very charming and set the tone for the evening. We both had delicious cocktails and our waiter was super attentive and humorous. There was no pressure or rush as we had thought given they are very strict in the ferry policy of not arriving early. Our food was excellent - we had the beets salad, the poke and the octopus. I had the lobster risotto and my wife had the snapper. The churros dessert was a delight. The atmosphere was beautiful. We made it just in time for sunset. For a fancy restaurant the price was reasonable and if you want to splurge for a nice glass of wine they have caymus too. We were overall very impressed and had a wonderful time. We will be back.

While waiting at the pier to be picked up and sailed over to the restaurant on Sunset Key we saw 2 couples get turned away for no reservations. Since we made our reservations a couple months ago to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary made sense. Boat ride was nice. Once on Sunset Key we were seated next to the bar. Very undesirable location. There were plenty of outside tables available but we were told by hostess that we needed at least 6 months reservation before getting outside table cuz of the view. After ordering, we noticed those same 2 couples with no reservations sitting at those premium tables outside. I asked the hostess to reconsider moving us outside to another open table and was told sorry not an option. Bottom line the food was mediocre and the service was unprofessional. Given the choice we would not have chosen Latitudes on our special night.

We had a very good dinner yesterday evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant is (like ever) incredible. Reachable only by the boat shuttle the restaurant offers perfect food and drinks (and the prices are “in line” with the location and the food). The thing I can suggest is that when the weather forecast are not so good (we had heavy rain during the dinner) the get full the restaurant outside and inside is not a good policy… the people that are outside to eat have to wait the inside finished dinner to continuing enjoy the dinner.
