I came with Wyland, he’s a good friend and the famous artist next to the restaurant. I ordered the lobster ravioli and it was cold, under seasoned. I didn’t complain because of course he was paying but for $58 it wasn’t great. We should have had a heater too it was just cold all around!

We had lunch on a Tuesday and it was perfect! We sat closest to the ocean view and we had the best time. We had the octopus, sesame salad, and fish and chips. Everything was amazing and our server, Tony, was awesome as well! Definitely will come back!

POOR/NO Service! The Server didn't key in order for 4 of 5 people celebrating a Birthday! Food Runner served 1 meal. Server NEVER followed up to see if everything was okay. After waiting 30+ minutes we waived down a Busser to get the Server Erin. Only then did she realize she messed up. Took another 30+ minutes for the other 4 people to finally get their food. Total wait for food over 1 hour! Where was the Manager? It was a slow Monday for lunch. He came and apologized, but only comped the drinks. He should have comped every entree that took over an hour to arrive! Never did get to celebrate my Birthday there! Absolutely awful experience!

We had a fabulous time at the Larsen for their Mother’s Day brunch! The food was excellent and the service was incredible. We have already booked our next reservation! Highly recommend.-

What an amazing experience! Be aware, though, that the valet is quite expensive. Though I had valet validated by restaurant, I paid $25 to park for a couple of hours, which I believe is an excessive fee.

We had a very good dining experience at The Larsen for our 30 Yr anniversary dinner. Our waiter Wes was amazing! He was appropriately attentive with giving very good recommendations for our wine and food. The restaurant has a very retro hip vibe with amazing views of the ocean. Great options for indoor and outdoor seating. Great music playlist as well!

Larsen’s is nestled into the Hotel Laguna and it is absolutely breathtaking! We went for a relaxing dinner at sunset and it was amazing. Highly recommend!

You cannot beat the view! We celebrated our wedding anniversary overlooking the ocean which magnificent. Steak came out a bit cold so we had to send it back to be warmed up. Brussels were a bit undercooked. Prefer a thicker Rib Eye for $75. Waiter was attentive and provided an anniversary dessert but is attire needed some work.

The view on the patio deck, overlooking the ocean can’t be beat ! I wish the service had been better, getting refills on drinks, extra set-ups, were all very lagging. Food was good, not spectacular, I would recommend for drinks and apps, grab dinner elsewhere.

Throughly enjoyed our experience. The roasted club sandwich and bubbly rose was yummy. The service was excellent the day was absolutely gorgeous. The inside of the foyer is beautiful with all the new updates. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the feel of being on holiday.

I went here for my wedding anniversary yesterday. The host claimed they didn’t have my reservation on arrival, food was above average, views are amazing and our waiter was busy flirting with the table behind us to get us refills or to apparently validate my parking because when we went to the valet stand they charged me extra since I “didnt validate” even though I asked the server to. Once I pulled my wallet out the valet attendant noticed I had cashed and offered to give me the validated price if I gave him cash. I then had to go get my own car… I won’t be going back and unfortunately our first date out without our newborn was spoiled. For a dinner that was north of $200, not worth it at all

This is our 2nd time trying out Larsen and this time, they’ve redeemed themselves! Beautiful ambiance as always, but this time, the food and the service were both exceptional! My party of 7 had a great time! Thank you!

This restaurant has STUNNING views! Not really a bad seat in the place the ocean is literally at every angle. Gorgeous! The service wasn’t great though. Our server never checked on us until we were almost finished. The burgers we got were delicious so I’d go again just for the views & burgers

Beautiful view, great ambiance, good service. However, the food was very disappointing. We tried 3 different dishes and all of them lacked a cohesive flavor profile. At the price range we definitely expected more. If you want great food and don’t care about a view then go across the street to Nicks. If you want the view and ambience then enjoy Larsen but lower your expectations.

Beautiful, cozy and delicious wine and food. The man that brought the water was amazing, but then we sat there for 20 minutes with no service. We enjoyed the view and decided to only order Apps as it was getting late. Food we tried was amazing, wine was amazing. Just wish the service was more attentive.

My favorite place for a great meal and good vibes in OC. I wish there were more spots like Larsen. Having one of the most stunning waterfront views in Laguna Beach, the staff still goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience. From delicious dishes and craft cocktails, to live music and stunning aesthetics, The Larsen is by far my favorite place to unwind and socialize with friends and family. I’ve even been there for a date night, and it was perfect. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a dining experience to check all boxes and satisfy your entire group!

The menu didn't have half of what was offered on the site. One hot dish was brought to the floor cold, everything was not fresh. They did not indicate in the description that the sauce to the fish was spicy, it was difficult to finish it. They promised to transfer to the table for two, we never waited, although the new arrivals were seated...

We had excellent service and the food and drinks were delicious! Love this place!

A beautiful setting but the food was just okay. I will go there for cocktails but not for food

The good first…the atmosphere is amazing. The hostess was very friendly. The bread was delicious. The other food was disappointing. Our waitress was wearing sunglasses even though the sun had set. We put this on our one and done list.
