We chose Eataly because my mom is gluten free and loves their pizza. When it was time to order they said that they were out of gluten free pizza. She was so disappointed. She got the gluten free pasta which came out cold. I also got gluten free pasta and it was lukewarm and extremely chewy.

Our food was pretty good. They were really busy, but the service was pretty awful. It took 20+ minutes to get our food order in, and it was fulfilled incorrectly. One dish came out 15 minutes after the others. They had to re-make one of the pizzas we ordered. We ran out of water at the table. The food was pretty good, but in my opinion, you get far better pizza at many other places. You could tell the raw ingredients were good quality, but there wasn't enough flavor. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We popped in for desserts and cappuccinos. Unfortunately, although their cafe downstairs has delicious ones, this restaurant only offers plain cappuccino which was also bitter, so definitely not fresh. The desserts tasted great, but the presentation of them was incredibly lacking.

We’ve had good experiences here before but this last one was bad. Cold, chewy pasta, indifferent to bad waitress and the espresso in the cup was only half full. It was a pity since it was a celebration of my daughters graduation. We were very surprised.

Great food and atmosphere. Meeting an old friend and we overstayed our table time and our waitperson was so lovely and considerate to let us camp out.

Best pizza in town!! The pesto/ burrata was incredible. Also got the prosciutto/arugla pizza. Excellent. And the salads were fantastic.

Pastas were disappointing for the second visit in a row. The prices have gone way up, but the quality seems consistently headed in the wrong direction.

So sadly disappointed. Asked for a quiet table for business meeting and young lady wanted to put us smack in the path of servers behind front desk and the pizza oven. Place was pretty empty so asked for booth in corner and she gave us major stink eye, but we got the booth. Our waiter Coby was awesome. The food was not at all up to par. My linguini with crab, pesto and lemon zest was horrible. The pesto tasted as if they just blended basil leaves and oil. And the consistency was like heavy tomato paste. The food server helper clearly had no idea of how to zest as I watched her zest pith onto the dish vs the tasty lemon peel. She topped my dish with browned, wilted basil leaves with little tongs which made it all the more ridiculous. The crab was only four chunks placed on top, cold and tasteless. Had this not been a business meeting I would have sent back. I asked my guest how his food was and he said he had heard so much about Eataly and now did not know why.

Service was great. Food was okay, tasted like over priced Chef Boyardee. Went in with friends before a movie for an early dinner. It was loud with kids screaming and running around.

If already at NorthPark, it is a decent option. But I would not make the trip specifically to eat there. There are much better Italian restaurants and better values.

The chicken Milanese was a little underwhelming. The calamari and zucchini appetizer though was the star of the dinner!

All of the pasta was overcooked and not “al dente.” The spaghetti was the most overcooked, completely mushy and breaking apart when twirling on the fork.

Another superb dining experience. We were early to our 5:30 reservation and were seated quickly. The waiters were patient and helpful with finding menu options for vegan and pine nut allergy! We will be back soon!

This is the perfect spot for a working lunch. We were seated in a back area and we were able to discuss business without much interference from restaurant noise. Our server was absolutely fabulous and the food delicious.

We thought the food was excellent, and the service was very good. They have a nice wine selection and and a very good choice of pastas. We were there on a Saturday night in the restaurant was very busy.

They got rid of the the carbonara which was our favorite dish. The waiter suggested the cacio e Pepe (the special with mushrooms) which was dry and 6 dollars more than the regular cacio because it was table side. All they did by the table was dump a cup of mushrooms on top and add Parmesan.

This restaurant is excellent. It’s the best Italian food I’ve had in Texas. The waiter was very helpful and congenial. The squash pizza is to die for and the house brand pasta was amazing. The multicolor carrot salad was complex and refreshing. I would drive across the state to eat here again.

My wife and I ate there last night. It was enchanting. We were on the patio and the weather was perfect. My wife had pizza, which was delicious. I had lasagna. It was perfect. We both had espresso martinis which were delicious. Then we shared a tiramisu that, again, was delicious. It was a magic night.

Service was not very good - cocktails were VERY watered down. We requested booth in reservation and they tried to seat us at a table, had to ask again (they were available) and they rolled their eyes before seating us.
