    I was honestly disappointed. I ate at the one on Florence and it was much better. Something got lost in translation here. All of the imported ingredients are marked way up! Prices are ridiculous for what you get.

    I always love visiting Eately. Great place and excellent atmosphere! Although this last time the service was not like other times, and the fact that they were out of pesto and not willing to change a ingredient on plate (even offering to pay more, which I did before several times) I will keep visiting this restaurant!

    Always a great experience! We were quite sad, though, that the Arancini appetizer wasn't what it used to be and they were also out of pesto at 12:00 pm.

    If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Food was absolutely terrible. We had several different items and were beyond disappointed by each of them. Portions are super small and over overpriced.

    It’s like taking a step into Italy for a meal. Very good food and great selection of alcohol.

    Varied menu; but the kitchen will not allow for substitutions ( I asked for bucatini amatriciana, instead of rigatoni and was told that could not be accommodated). Service levels are what you might expect from a chain restaurant.
