                                                Lapinou’s patio is really pretty. A little noise from King Street but not bad. The menu is designed around sharing which was great. The beef short rib Wellington was amazing - highly recommend. A nice bottle of Bordeaux and some sides rounded out the meal. I would definitely go back.

                                                Excellent meal. We had the special, cote de beauf. It was well prepared and flavourful. We also had the beef tartar and oysters. Cocktails were delicious and wine recommendation was on point. Our only issue was the beef tartar only came with 2 little slices of sour dough bread. When we asked for more bread, we later found out that they charged us $3 for 2 more slices of bread. For a meal that cost over $300 dollars, I would expect that enough bread to accompany our tartar would be included. It’s a little thing, but honestly, it’s nickle and diming a customer.

                                                We had the special at the waiters suggestion it was $130 which was three times higher than the most expensive item he should have told us the price my bad for not asking… still shocked

                                                Dined on a rainy Tuesday, so it wasn't too busy. Restaurant was spacious and very cute -- excellent spot for an intimate date or small get together with friends. Cocktails were very good and staff was very accommodating to make my Lady Grey cocktail with an egg white (recommend btw!). Ordered the oysters, fried shrimp, beef tartare, agnolotti, seabream, broccolini, and banana mousse butter tart. Standout dishes were the oysters (the dressing was bright and fresh), seabream (nice crust on the skin and tender meat), broccolini (excellent addition/balance to the main dish), and tart (light and savory, delicious!). We found the agnolotti sauce too salty and ricotta filling too grainy. Fried shrimp and beef tartare was good but not memorable.

                                                Amazing - probably the best food i had so far in Toronto. Fast service, super nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

                                                Food was decent but for a reservation day for Mother’s day, wait times was excessive and a bit of a turn off. It really took away from the experience.

                                                The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. The food, however, was not great. We ordered the steak, which was likely a very nice piece of meat but the way it was prepared made it taste awful. I would not go back.
