I reserved a table and it was confirmed via OpenTable but when I arrived I was told that it was booked for a private event and that my reservation was moved to the Margaritaville restaurant. The elevators were broken so I had to walk down the stairs and was then told by the Margaritaville hostess that they did not know what I was talking about. They tried to send me back up before telling me that they didn’t have any tables (restaurant was empty) and then telling me that I would be put on a priority list. I would have left but my family had already arrived so we waited and finally were sat. I will not be coming back.

We had the place to ourselves!!! We were looking for brunch but had to settle for lunch. Everything was good except the fried pickles which were ridiculously tiny…

Delicious lunch at LandShark. The crab cakes and chocolate cake were terrific, and my server Alicia was awesome. Will definitely go back.

Found this spot entirely by accident but had I not used Open Table, I probably wouldn't have known it existed. Upstairs from it's more familiar Margaritaville, this small restaurant/bar features a diverse enough casual menu so that everyone in the party was able to find something. The Poke bowl didn't get a rave review, but the burgers and the fish and chips were very good. Key Lime pie was a hit. Overall, for a midtown restaurant, the food was good, the crowd was light (it was a Thursday at 5:30) and the tab wasn't eye-popping. I'll be back.l

Definitely a hidden gem in the theater district… Sixth floor of the Margaritaville hotel on their pool level. Good drinks reasonable food nice service ,,,,definitely will go back.

Great lunch at LandShark Bar and Grill. The crab cake sandwich was delicious, and the chocolate cake was sensational. My server Chelsea was absolutely wonderful, and made certain that my dining experience was perfect. An excellent dining option in the heart of Times Square.

Our server was amazing, Dylan. Very fast and courteous. He came around and would ask if we needed anything. The rest of the team was great too. I dropped my silverware and before I can ask, I had silverware on the table. I have not had service like this in a long time. Everything was great! Definitely want to come back and rather sit at the Landshark restaurant.

LandShark was hosting an event the day they confirmed my reservation was for. Got to Margaritaville and was told they didn’t know why the day was available/open for reservations. So I had to eat at the available restaurant which was understaffed. Not the fault of the staff but of management. The young staffers did their best to accommodate my party.
