Great experience dining here. Food was outstanding! Also lots to choose from so everyone was able to find something they loved.

First off, the Caesar salad was the worst salad ever, it was literally lettuce and dressing, no cheese, pepper or croutons and waitress never came back to check on us to correct it, so that was my dinner and it was trash. Then decided for the bread pudding and wow, we are locals and this bread pudding was embarrassing horrible. We took one bite and walked out. I have no idea why anyone would choose to eat here knowing it’s this bad with uninspiring food. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else.

We had a reservation and got here early and we were promptly seated. Hostess staff were friendly and showed us right to our seats. Other customers came in and sat around us and the wait began. We waited 20 minutes by the time the servers realized we weren’t being serviced. They apologized and while the tables around us had already had their salads and were getting their entrees we were just able to order our drinks. Well long story short we never got the drinks only the waters after asking a second time. (The excuse was a shift change but it didn’t make sense that the tables around us had service and we didn’t when they came in after we did). We ordered our appetizers and mains. Again 20 minutes passed and nothing. Next we received everything all at once… apps and the main. The gumbo roux was burned so it wasn’t edible but the blackened snapper was tasty. Everything else was a fail. Red beans and no rice, literally 2 spears of asparagus after you are charged extra, the green beans were terrible, dirty rice was hot but just “okay”, and the bread pudding was cold with burned edges because they “just nuke is for 35 seconds in the microwave before it comes out” according to the manager. When the bill came out the drinks that we never received were listed and so was the burned gumbo. The waitress was very sweet and had them remove it but we shouldn’t have to ask for something to be removed if you never received it or sent it back(like the gumbo). It’s a shame we experienced this because Landry’s is normally a great experience.

Food was great, the crab cake sandwich was flavorful & cooked perfectly. We also had the pasta primavera which was perfect. Dessert was cheesecake & bread pudding, both were wonderful. It was very busy & crowded so service was a little slow but with graduations, proms, weddings & Mother’s Day weekend it was a lot going on

We had a large group for a 21st birthday dinner and the restaurant was amazing! They accommodated our group and the waitress was helpful with recommendations and also brought out a birthday desert!

My steak was bloody even though I ordered well done. I sent it back and it came back even bloodier plus my mashed potatoes had bacon on top and I did not ask for bacon
