Went for dinner. We had reservations at 8:15pm We got a table right away,, but it was crowded so we had to wait 20 Min to get a drink order and like 30 more minutes to get our food. Waitress was nice but it did took for ever.

Need more bus boys, our waiter was too busy to refresh water and find pepper because he was not properly followed

The waiter was great.. the noice level was a little high but nothing terrible.. the food was wonderful.. we had the seafood platter and each different seafood was delicious.. I would definitely go back

We went for our anniversary and was sat in a table where other servers were having training. Our waiter didn’t seem to know the specials was very hard to hear and not very professional. My steak was cold and my asparagus. I had to ask for bread and the overall service and food was just poor. Not happy with the experience. Never even got a dessert from the restaurant for our anniversary.

Food and Ambience 3/5 Service 0/5 We arrived at 7:15 and were greeted and taken to our seats right away. We ordered our appetizers and entrees at the same time. After a bit of a wait, our waitress apologized for the wait and informed us that the nawlins oysters take 15 minutes. It wasn't that big of a deal. When they arrived, we enjoyed them. However, we then waited for almost an hour for our entrees without any update/table visit from our waitress. I requested the host to bring a manager to our table. The manager gave an insincere apology explaining that the reason our food came out slower than the tables around us was because we ordered an appetizer. He also made a point to let me know that we only waited 48 minutes- not an hour. He asked us if we would like a dessert, but we declined due to being full with what we already had. I guess that is the only way to accommodate an unsuccessful visit. Not a good look for a Landry's restaurant.

Our server was great and very attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and he got a free dessert with a cute happy birthday message written on the plate. It was our first time at Landry’s and the food was cooked to our liking!

We had many opportunities to dine out last week while in Galveston, but our dinner at Landry's was our favorite. The food was great, the service also great! It was convenient to our hotel too. Highly recommend!
