Meh. Food was subpar at best. Service left something to be desired. No spoon for the soup, took almost twenty minutes to remove empty plates and bottles etc. Pastries are good, but the rest is just as mention, meh.

I want to start by saying how much I love Laduree . I had a reservation with my daughters and mother for lunch . The food was excellent however the service could not have been any worse . Upon seating our order was taken . My mother's French onion soup then arrived with no spoon . Not a problem so we asked for one please and never arrived . In fact the duration of our visit we act never saw our server at all and asked another server later on for our bill and ordered our macaroons at the front to go instead of enjoying them during our reservation. Absolute better management of such an establishment is needed to ensure that acceptable service is provided

I loved it! If you want to go with a friend to have tea, this is the place. You feel beautiful, like a princess. The macarons are the best!

Somehow lost their liquor license and wanted to go out with my family for brunch for Mother’s Day. Service was slow, food was small and expensive — just go for desserts and drinks when their liquor license comes back

I had a reservation. So i didnt wait too long to be seated. But let's start with I asked not to be seated outside and they still placed me there. As I had surgery on my back it wasn't a wise choice to get my back cold. Speed of service and food were good. Only i asked not to bring egg with my order as i am allergic and it still popped up. Thankfully on separate plate. Overall overpriced food and drinks. Great taste. But not that place where you are going to remember or return too. Good for Instagram photos and show off, but not practical.

We reserved for this day from long time and came early to prepare everything before our guests come Then they told us the garden is closed for event !!! They are already done with it !!! The waiter are slow even when there’s no crowded The table is mess not arranging any thing They opened the heater when the weather is 30C The lady manager so annoying no smiling talking in a bad way just because i told her we want to set in the garden The wooooooorst !!!

I brought my family to celebrate birthday, and garden was closed for party, there wasn’t any notes about that, when I was reserving the table, that’s was disappointing, cause I wanted to seat there specifically. Inside Interior looks a bit dirty, also some details missing, like door handle, and overall interior looks pretty sloppy.

I was a bit nervous about the negative service of the reviews. Surprisingly, Service was wonderful and staffs are polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Lauderee is one of the most consistently fabulous experiences in Soho. The wait staff in particular are amazing, graceful and kind. The food is outstanding. Springtime flower petals falling around while you sip rose infused coffee can't be beat! Thank you!

Food didn’t disappoint, but sadly the quality of service we received from the server ruined all. Our drinks and the sides were completely forgotten. The sides (fries) came out after we were pretty much done with our meals and they came out only because we asked someone (not the server because she was everywhere except our table) what was going on with the drinks and the sides. I still cannot comprehend how it was so difficult for her to spend 10 seconds to check on us at one point after serving the dishes to see how we were doing when she was literally everywhere except our table, especially where we were seated was the middle of the restaurant. She didn’t have any care in the world but rather showed sarcastic attitude when we directly addressed to her about the quality of service she provided. Someone like her who does not even have basic manner should not be serving customers. Hope she gets proper training before ruining other customers’ precious dine-in experience. It is upsetting to know that she could do that to others like she ruined our birthday celebration.

They have a rly bad organization for seating. It’s an afternoon tea shop ppl go there for a good time chilling and drinking tea. But staffs were just rushing everything, making mistakes about the table number, having questions about which section of the tables is their responsibilities. If it’s just a restaurant for eating then it’s fine, but if the selling point is the vibe (cherry blossom, macarons, dessert trays, etc) then there’s definitely space to be improved.

We were seated for 35 minutes and no one even offered us a menu, we asked multiple times for service and it took us three times until someone begrudgingly took our order. We order a quiche and some coffees, quiche come out with nothing but a side of fries and then the coffees came ten minutes later. It was almost like a joke that no one would serve us and they weren’t even that busy. Very disappointing for such a beautiful locations

Go for the vibes, the patio is truly stunning. Very disappointed with their lack of vegan options, they had a few more options in the past but are no longer offering.

Food: we got the $65 brunch which includes a brunchy dish, large pastry, juice and a hot drink, a dessert and two macaroons, we enjoyed the French toast bacon very much! Ambiance: we sat in the courtyard during cherry blossom season and it was so pretty, they also had heat lamps outside to keep us comfortable. One complaint tho was some people brought their dogs and the dogs were constantly barking. Service: unfortunately our servers were sweet but lacking. Our host tried seating us indoors so I had to tell him I booked a seat outside. Then he tried to put us two in the farthest darkest corner in the courtyard so then my partner had to ask the host to put us in the center of the courtyard (there was plenty of open seats). One of our dishes came out wrong but no big deal they corrected it. I had to constantly ask for new silverware when they would take the old ones away and bring out more food. Then I didn’t realize till after, cause my partner paid, but they charged us $9 for WATER after we asked for tap. We asked for boxes to go and they handed us deconstructed boxes we had to figure out how to build Lmaoo.

The restaurant on its website states that it closes at 7 p.m. I made a reservation for 4pm but as soon as I arrived the receptionist told me that I would have to be quick as the kitchen would close in 7 minutes They close the restaurant at 5pm, not 7pm the store is at 7pm This is not clear, not even in the Opentable app It was very bad, I ate in a hurry, I didn't even have time to drink tea, they closed my table by depositing the bill without me asking and on top of that I heard the receptionist and waiters commenting on another customer who was complaining about the same thing as the opening hours on the website. He spoke out loud criticizing the client, I believe I don't have to know that and it still confirms what I felt.

Food. We ordered eggs Benedict with salmon, there was very little fish, the eggs were not Benedict, they looked just boiled with a runny yolk. Restroom. My husband went to change the baby's clothes and the changing area looked terribly dirty, on the both side. I give a big plus the atmosphere there we got to see the cherry blossom and it was very beautiful and quiet, people were drinking coffee and reading books. The servece was of such high quality, the waiters worked well and quickly.
