The service was terrible. Didn’t even refill my water or give plates to eat our scones and macarons on. Way too overpriced for the food and service we received

Waited a min. of 25 minutes to be greeted - that is not an exaggeration. Before he came over, the busser served us tap water and we tried to order coffee with her but she informed us only the server can take drink orders. When the server finally arrived, there was no greeting - only a monotone “know what you want?” Fortunately, we had a leisurely afternoon available today. Any other day the “relaxed” service would be an issue with other time commitments. The food and drinks came out promptly once server finally arrived and things improved. I’m sure he’s a nice guy and who’s good at his job. I’ll assume he was in the weeds but it would have been nice to at least have coffee to sip on while we waited - it would have made the 30ish minutes more enjoyable. I tipped 20% even though it’s not reflective on the service. If I go back to visit and experience the same service, I wouldn’t. Thanks

Pretty place, we sat in the outside seating on a hot day but it was still refreshing.

Such a beautiful experience. We sat in the garden and reminisced on when we first went to Paris! Thank you for that memory!

We learned upon sitting down that they didn’t have a liquor license for the next month. I think it was highly deceptive to not make that more well known to people making reservations. Also the service was extremely slow and the waiter seemed kind of lost.

Kitchen got x1 order completely wrong and refused to re-do (we ordered a bacon and parsley omelette, received cheese, relish, vegetable omelette). Guest was unable to eat.

I took my niece as a birthday special brunch. The food is good and the decor is nice but there were little things like the chairs don't have pads on the legs and make a ton of noise, the silverware doesn't seem to match the decor/special french patisserie vibe.. and our waiter was mia until another saw we were in need and took over. For the price point I was hoping for a little more flare and attention but it was pretty good.

I had a lovely experience. It is a beautiful garden. Cozy and peaceful. The service was good. The food is on expensive side but that was expected. Overall I enjoyed my time there and would go back again

Such a cute shop. We got the french toast and it was great. Definitely go if you're a fan of regency/Bridgerton since they have Bridgerton macarons. I've always wanted to be a tea person but could never find one I liked. I was recommended The Jardin Bleu Royal and I actually quite liked it. I put in a sugar cube and it was even better.

Their liquor license hasn’t been renewed, which I was quite surprised and disappointed by. We went for brunch and sat in the garden. There was a private event happening several hours after our reservation (a baby shower we found out). As we were still eating, staff was dismantling all the tables and chairs around us and other diners. The party planners started to set up their large decor around us as well. Very awkward and distracting.
