Service was superb! One of the best Alfredo sauces I have ever had! The steak was also delicious.

One of the best meals on the island. Excellent dinner and service. Lobster bisque was the best we had all week.

Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Best meal we had in St Maarten. We had the lobster thermidor, tuna tataki, seafood combo and the duck. All were excellent. Service was excellent. Our waiter JC was witty and engaging. The ambience was very relaxing. You can’t leave a tip on your credit card so bring cash. Will definitely come back to this restaurant when we return to St Maarten.

It was wonderful to see familiar faces of JC, our server, Florence, Cedric and others once again. When a restaurant can maintain staff members for so many years that's usually a very good sign! Our hot eggplant appetizer was delicious and the balliste (trigger fish) was fantastic, swimming in butter, with sliced toasted almonds! Our only wish is that we were sitting not so close to the busy (noisy) street, and nearer a ceiling fan - it was very warm inside.

This is our favorite restaurant and we have dinners here every time we come to Saint Martin. The entire staff is super nice and welcoming, they really want to make you feel at home. Food is excellent, but really, the food is just a small part of the overall experience at La Villa! Highly recommended!!!
