Music was too loud, it was not possibel to speak with friends. For a restaurant is it not good.

We leave in Playa and we go often at Vicenta but yesterday the service was not good as usual the server keeping forgetting everything and the mash potatoes was like a liquid soup …. We go there for the meat it really good and prices are fair too

Disappointed with this one. The other Anderson restaurants are far superior. Far too loud and service wasn’t great. Good was ok.

Unfortunately our experience was terrible. We came here for my son’s birthday, which we had notified the restaurant of in our reservation. When we were seated we were never given drink menus, and we had to ask for food menus. We were never even notified who our actual server was. We had to just keep calling people over to order. No one checked on us to see if we needed more drinks. We each were only given one drink, kids couldn’t even get more Coke or water. It took over an hour to order our food. When it came and we finished, they never asked how the meal was, if we needed anything, and never took our dirty plates away. Our huge menus also sat on the table for the entire meal. We had to ask for the bill and it took 10 minutes to get it. All the while, our dirty plates were still sitting there. The whole experience took over 2 hours, and in the end the server who brought us our bill asked us how much of a tip we’d like to charge on top of the bill! Zero service and he wanted a tip. We had requested a celebratory dessert for my son’s birthday which we never received. Overall the absolute worst service we’ve had at a restaurant. I will say the food and atmosphere was good, just the service was awful.

We loved it here except for the volume of music. Speakers were right above our table which made it impossible to have a conversation. Margaritas were the best we had all week and the steak prepared table side was amazing!!

Our concierge recommended this as a family friendly restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. Overall it was great. The nachos were outstanding. We loved how they poured the cheese on them in front of us. It was just a little too loud for my liking with the loud music. Also although the food was good, my steak came out cold which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the ambiance, party atmosphere, joviale. The wings, friend calamari, drinks and desserts where great. The meat plate where a 3.75/5. The meat lasaña had no meat, so the was off. Was hard to get a server attention at times, but there was a event going on (Super Bowl).
