With its cosmopolitan menu and an authentic Italian flavour, the La Trattoria is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends over a steaming bowl of pasta or one of our succulent seafood dishes. The La Trattoria is quickly becoming famous within the Illawarra as a different club dining experience, with large portion sizes of quality meals at very affordable prices. With a dedicated bar and room to comfortably seat more than 300 people, the team in the La Trattoria pride themselves on the quality of their food, cooked and served fresh by our fantastic staff.

I ordered the $25 Snapper fillets with chips and a side salad. The salad was delicious. The chips were hot, crispy and yum. The Snapper fillets however were not fresh fish. !!!! They were prepackaged frozen fillets reheated. They didn't look cooked through; the inside of the batter was slimey and the fish was very thin dry and tasteless. A waiter saw me looking at the fish in disgust and offered to me something else( so great service). I ate my chips and salad and sent the fish back as inedible.

The food was terrible between us we soent $150 and the only nice part was the kids calamari snd entree, The chicken snitzel was processed, told we couldnt take iff the eggplant from the parmi, do that ptoves its pre made not done fresh. It was my birthday dinner and what an absolute let down. We will never return

Went for mum’s 85th birthday . It was busy , Saturday lunch time !! There was a line up to order but moved very quickly, Food arrived within 30mins which I thought was great considering how busy it was . All the meals were what we ordered. The Trattoria is our place to go !!

My family all enjoyed our meals. It was a little noisy with all the children, being school holidays. Glad we had an early session then we could here the Raffle Draw - good to see people winning prizes - maybe we'll win next time!!

Went there for my sisters birthday. I only come down to Wollongong from Queensland once a year for this and it’s always at the Frat. Lunch was so good I went back for dinner. Drinks prices have gone up a bit but that’s everywhere.
