el lugar es muy bonito, el precio me parece un poco alto y lo que no me gustó es que apenas íbamos llegando y nos dijeron que a las 7 tenían nuestra mesa reservada… así que debíamos irnos antes

Muchos de los platillos faltos de sazón, en general la comida rica pero nada sobresaliente, el servicio deja mucho que desear, los meseros siempre con mala cara, el espacio es muy bonito, la ambientación es única.

The restaurant is designed beautifully, our server was nice but seemed rushed. We waited over an over for the chicken which was not worth the wait. It was disappointing end to the evening.

Food is unfortunately mediocre. Beware especially of ordering the grilled whole fish. The menu says 690 pesos for 500g. We told the waiter we wanted to split it. Instead, they brought us a fish double the size - and double the price. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until the bill came and saw that we had been charged over US$80 for the fish! I understand that the fish is market price but the reasonable expectation is to pay something within, say, a 20% range, not 100% more. After complaining, we got a small, ~US$10 discount but we still feel like there was a bait and switch. To make matters worse, the fish was bland and the side dishes it came with weren't good - the "citrus salad" had mostly celery while the potatoes ended up actually being cold potato salad, instead of roasted potatoes. The ambiance / decor is definitely beautiful but it doesn't make up for the lackluster, overpriced food.

Great experience beautiful ambiance the good was lovely, the service was just ok … not great, next trip we will go again and hope for a better waiter.

La comida estuvo rica pero sin mas. Nada me pareció espectacular para su precio. Me decepcionó profundamente a pesar de las reviews. Varias combinaciones de sabores no siquiera se me hicieron acertadas. El lugar es bonito, y tienen buena coctelería. Sin embargo los meseros, a pesar de haber muchos, apenas reparaban en nosotros. Tuvimos que solicitar su atención constantemente.

Made reservations weeks in advance and all I could get was a 5:45. It was empty when we got there and half full when we left and I felt we could have sat in the patio room. Also my meal game a half hour before my daughters and I was finished before hers arrived. My desert was obviously premade and frozen to the point I couldn’t eat it without waiting till it defrosted. Even the berries were rock hard. The restaurant is beautiful but the food and service didn’t live up to expectation

Lugar hermoso e intimo, ambiente tranquilo para platicar y servicio muy bueno. La comida no es extraordinaria, recomiendo mas si se va a tomar unos tragos y a platicar

When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been assigned (without our knowing) to a room with couches and low tables. Since we had two seniors and a 10-year old in our group, this was impossible. After some negotiating, we ultimately were told that they could accommodate us at a table, but it was a rocky start to the dining experience. When we were ready to order, the waiter told us for the first time, that all entrees are meant to be shared and that we should not order as many as we had planned. This caused us some consternation since we had to then reconsider all our choices. Our entrees were brought out at very different times—including one entree that was an hour after the other food and we ultimately had to cancel it. The atmosphere was amazing, however, and the food was very good.

Mala , No tenian 4 platillos disponibles del menu, no se indico desde que llegamos , sino hasta que los estábamos pidiendo. Para open table dan los peores lugares del restaurant en la parte del sótano . lugar decorado diferente.

The veggie dishes were delish. The whole fish also amazing but a lot of food. Service a little bit underwhelming but fine. Stunning space and nice atmosphere.

The place is amazing unfortunately the food was not as good. I order Hummus that was nothing special, the ribs sandwich was OK, they have an expensive with average wines you do not need to have an expensive list to get good wines. It is a shame for a nice place like that, I don't think I'll come back any time soon

The ambience of the restaurant is nice. However, the service was terrible. We were only seen twice by our waiter for initial order of the food and when paying. We had to flag down the other waiters for refills and even to get the check. The food was alright.

The food was horrible. Dry and the mussels didn’t contrail any mussels, just topping? When we mentioned it the waiter didn’t do anything about it which was very strange so we just left. And don’t order the Prosecco, there’s no bubbles in it.

I get the hype of this place. Very unique setting with a vibe. I got the chicken main dish, it was honestly tasteless and fairy dry as well. I had to use other sauces to be able to eat half of the dish. Great spot for a first date or some photos, but wouldn't go back by choice.
