LA STREGA TRATTORIA IS LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.

La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where James Beard nominated Chef Partner, Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes.

Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy immediately upon arrival. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli.

Quality excellent tasting food with gracious service. Meal was exactly what we wanted out of a restaurant meal. We will be back soon.

Start with the Spicy Pig Pizza - it's a great app or entre on it's own. (I also love the meatballs) The group last night had the Rigatoni Bolognese - excellent - the Cacio e Epep and our guest loved it. Our other guest was very pleased with the salmon and I really enjoyed the lamb Although we have not landed on a date for our next visit - we did take home 2 extra pizza's and rigatoni for dinner tonight. Yes - they make the pasta on site fresh every day - I usually pass by at 4:30 am and the chef is working away creating the pasta. Can you guess we love and are a little obsessed by this place. Try it - you will see why. Drew

Brian was our server. He was excellent. He recommended 2 new menu items to us that we really enjoyed- Frutti di Mare and Cacio e pepe. Great meal and the best staff!

Exceptional. cibo delizioso! We explored the area on a home hunt (from Vancouver) decided to try a local gem and was it ever a good decision. The quality of the food and service was evident from the absolute authentic choices across the breadth of the menu. My wife being Italian and our numerous trips to her homeland came out in full flavour here. Chef Gina and host Riley were exceptional and the service team followed suit. Highly recommend and we will steer here on our next trip, with great anticipation of a taste of 🇮🇹 Italy. Well done

Great experience start to finish. While we waited for our table, we shared great cocktails at the bar, they were happy to make recommendations and took great care. Our server was kind, knowledgeable and gave the perfect balance of attention and space for our group. The food was lovingly prepared, fresh and delicious, you can tell great care was taken each step of the way. This is a great spot, we’ll be back soon.
