Designed with New Yorkers in mind, Eataly SoHo offers an array of iconic Eataly experiences, showcasing the brand's high-quality and authentic Italian DNA.

Our restaurant is a place of conviviality, with a focus on the icons of Italian gastronomy. The menu features Eataly’s signature dishes including a pasta section where guests can choose from handmade fresh pasta or durum wheat pasta, a variety of Pizza Napoletana, and a selection of seafood options and premium meats. The wine list is formidable, with more than 300 Italian bottles, alongside iconic Italian cocktails and mocktails.

Good food, good ambiance. There is a however…service not good. Lots of service attendants hovering around but no one is reading the room. You can sit for too long wishing for a drink or for pepper or whatever before and during the meal…having worked in a restaurant, I think a little instruction would help.

food was really good, but I thought they were a little understaffed I get, it took us a while to be able to order and get our check, even though we were one of the few tables there

This was the most wonderful brunch experience I’ve ever had!! The venue was beautiful, staff was so kind and amazing, we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and not once did we feel stressed for time or like we couldn’t hear each other. The food and drinks were 12/10. I can’t wait to come back!

Fun place. After walking around needed a place to sit and some energy!!! We both got the pizza and gelato for lunch. Really good food. Service was spotty but since we were tired it was okay!

We ordered a tone of stuff. Overall great meal except for the meat which had way too much salt and wasn’t necessary. I think they used the sea salt and the meat was already seasoned so nicely it was unnecessary and not edible. Would come back again and ask them not to put so much salt on the meat.

Eleven of us. Two children, one a toddler in a high chair. Two of our party stuck in traffic were an hour late. Seemed like a recipe for disaster but everyone was helpful and so pleasant - especially our server who was an absolute lovely gem! Good food - comfortable ambiance - attentive service - who could ask for more?

I had high hopes for a great dinner at Eataly Soho and was excited when we arrived to it's lovely decor and were seated at a good table. Unfortunately, the food can only be described as mediocre. The tuna tartar didn't come as described on the menu and the kitchen took a long time to get our entrees out. The wait staff was friendly and apologetic which made the evening palatable. Our table also had terrible accoustics which I found frustrating. Overall, in a neighborhood with so much competition, I wouldn't bother to return.

Service was terrible!!!! Unfortunately we had to ask they removed dessert and coffee from our bill because they took 30min to come check if we wanted dessert then another 30 and no dessert.

The dining experience at the Eataly Soho was phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience with the food, drinks, and service. We plan to attend again soon enough.

While I like the World Trade Center pasta & pizza restaurant, because of the delicious food, attentive service and beautiful light in the room at lunch, the restaurant at Eataly Soho gets point for all of the above, plus the fact it's a bit of a 'scene' -- especially on the weekends, when locals and tourists fill up on fresh burrata, funghi pizza, photogenic and yummy salads and excellent espresso + wine selections. Our waiter was funny, patient, helpful and attentive -- the whole staff lives up to Eataly's usual great vibe.

We ate with our children, ages 11 and 15 on a Sunday evening. We had fantastic service. Attentive and quick. The restaurant was not very busy. We sat for dinner 8:30pm. While the food was good and the menu interesting enough, it didn't blow me away, especially for the price.

Simone our waitress was amazing We got a chocolat croissant - good - we are French. Egg Benedict were amazing on a croissant - brilliant idea Tiramisu pancake were not exactly looking like the insta video we saw - but didn’t remove anything to the taste. It was really noisy (for European living in nyc - not unusual I would say for nyc)

The Caesar salad presentation was gimmicky and the dressing had no flavor The pizza was average at best and given the Eatlaly heritage disappointing. If you charge $26 for a pizza, then it better be good and not soggy. Sorry, but it doesn’t cut it for me.

We made reservations for restaurant week to celebrate our marriage and Everyone was so nice and accommodating 😊 we were received with Prosecco and everything was on point! The main courses, delicious as expected, the wine phenomenal and the dessert menu just heavenly! Thank you so much to making this day so memorably delightful! We even got some pasta and kitchen supplies from the market! 💐🍝🫰👌🥰

Loved it! Didn't know it existed while looking for a lunch biz reservation for 8. Soon won't be easy to get a rezzie here! The food was fantastic, from the focaccia through the apps to the entrees (I had a salsiccia pizza). The team was incredibly friendly. Decor is happy and fresh. Will be back soon!

According to our server, the kitchen lost our food ticket so there was a 55 min gap between the time our appetizers and entrees were presented. The entrees were not placed before the two of us at the same time; my husband’s was delivered five minutes before mine. Though large, the salad was bland; we assumed it would have been made with quality EVOO, it was not. Service was amateur and food not on par with the Chelsea or Chicago Eataly branches.

Food was ok, better the pizza than the pastas, for example the linguini where overcooked, as an Italian I'm rightly very critical of NY restaurants, very good service, annoyingly overpriced wine, which was pretty mediocre for the price. I still will go from time to time.

I have had two reservations (one for dinner, one for lunch) this week- both times when I arrived I was told there is no reservation in my name. I subsequently learned that anyone who shows up and says the reservation is in the name of “ “, the reservation is then deleted from the list making it impossible for anyone after the 1st person to arrive to be shown to the appropriate table. In both instances, my guests and I were seated at separate tables. The server was excellent until it came time to charge for the meal when it became apparent he had no idea how to split a bill in any manner other than dividing it in half.
