Designed with New Yorkers in mind, Eataly SoHo offers an array of iconic Eataly experiences, showcasing the brand's high-quality and authentic Italian DNA.

Our restaurant is a place of conviviality, with a focus on the icons of Italian gastronomy. The menu features Eataly’s signature dishes including a pasta section where guests can choose from handmade fresh pasta or durum wheat pasta, a variety of Pizza Napoletana, and a selection of seafood options and premium meats. The wine list is formidable, with more than 300 Italian bottles, alongside iconic Italian cocktails and mocktails.

Eataly SoHo also features a café open all day, as well as a specialty market with a carefully chosen selection of Italian and local delicacies.

Very pedestrian dishes overall. Expected more from Eataly. Average all around.

Even though we were a party of 7, the disparate times the food came to the table was below the level I would expect for eataly. And it was a Wednesday lunch, fairly empty dining room. I shudder to think how bad this would be on a busier evening service.

In general, Eataly Soho is good, not amazing. I’ve been there 2 times now and the one thing that stood out both times is the fact that service is not the best…not terrible but as an example, having to ask for water 3 times is just unacceptable for a restaurant at this price point. We started the night off with a couple drinks at the bar before sitting down and bar staff double charged us for the drinks…I get it, mistakes happen. Then my drink was 90% ice after paying $17!! Yikes The food was good, but again, not amazing. Wife had the pasta where they come to the table and make a presentation with burrata poured on the top. Didn’t quite understand the need for the presentation and fuss because it was quite literally a bowl of pasta and the waiter simply dumped the burrata on top of the pasta….seemed much to do about nothing and wasn’t a great taste. I had the agnolotti pasta which was decent, but the sauce was somewhat lacking in taste. We also shared the sausage pizza which was served lukewarm which is a pet peeve of mine.…pizza should always be served pipping hot. Loved the ambiance and it was not a bad meal, just not a great meal which I expected from Eataly and doubly so at this price point.

A little overpriced and didn’t have any traditional brunch options like omelettes or breakfast sandwich

Good food, good ambiance. There is a however…service not good. Lots of service attendants hovering around but no one is reading the room. You can sit for too long wishing for a drink or for pepper or whatever before and during the meal…having worked in a restaurant, I think a little instruction would help.

food was really good, but I thought they were a little understaffed I get, it took us a while to be able to order and get our check, even though we were one of the few tables there

This was the most wonderful brunch experience I’ve ever had!! The venue was beautiful, staff was so kind and amazing, we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and not once did we feel stressed for time or like we couldn’t hear each other. The food and drinks were 12/10. I can’t wait to come back!

Fun place. After walking around needed a place to sit and some energy!!! We both got the pizza and gelato for lunch. Really good food. Service was spotty but since we were tired it was okay!
