    Mediocre food. The pasta with meat sauce was mostly sauce very little protein. Salad was bland. Poor service as servers changed no one came to the table remove plates and as if there is anything we need. The LA location is much better.

    We weren’t taken to our places for 10 minutes- despite having a reservation- and walk ins were being seated before us. Afterwards, it took waiters another 10 minutes to come to our table. Affitionally, the drinks took forever and eventually came after the meals. Since it was memorial weekend I get that there were not too many servers working and those who did, were understandably stressed out- so I don‘t want to be too harsh. I usually like the place a lot and the food was still great, but the service was honestly horrible.

    Lovely food but portion a bit on the small size!! Overall lovely pasta and service!!

    I am on a medical diet and the server was able to create a pasta dish that was allowed. This extra attention was greatly appreciated!

    Fantastic food that highly ressembles typical italian food. Pleasant decor. Great shopping associated with restaurant with both fresh produce and household/kitchen items. Yesterday’s drawback was that there was an “event”, and it made the whole place unpleasantly noisy. The only negative point: their payment system is still very old school ie they take your credit card away to be processed.

    Service was great. Prices seem to have raised for a while. Partner had gluten free and vegan pasta that was delicious. Always love visiting eataly!

    My wife was celebrating her 80th birthday. Couldn’t have been better. Great food and wonderful servers, Jay and Patricia.

    You can taste the quality of the ingredients and that’s their USP. Nice relaxed atmosphere & many tempting things to buy (or want to) as you exit through the store.
