Love it here. I come here all the time for dinner or lunch because it’s so convenient not the easiest to get into because it’s always so busy but I try to make a reservation at least once a week

We were a party of 4 and needed separate checks which we told him at the time of ordering because we needed to submit for our individual expense accounts. He tried again to decrease the amount of checks and suggested he put together two checks. He said that we shared some bread so he didn’t know how to charge for this. We were shocked that there was a cost for the bread. He should have told us up front at the time the order was taken about the charge. I think we must have had a bad server as I haven’t experienced this before at Eataly.

I made a reservation for a large party of ten people. There were no issues with the quality of the dishes that were served, but when the dishes are not timed to come out to feed a large group at once, that’s not good. The restaurant was not even packed at that time. Half of my guests finished their main dish before the other half got started on their meal. The waiter apologized once, but did not even attempt to rectify the situation, even with a free cup of coffee or anything. I eat a ton tons of restaurants and I’m not looking for anything for free, but simply for a restaurant to do the right thing when they totally screwed up! I have eaten at Eataly restaurants in NYC, Milan, and Paris and this is the first negative experience.

DON'T EVER COME HERE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Management is working hard to DESTROY what would have been a great place. "Great job", the owner should really think about paying attention whom he hires as hosts and managers of this place. Unreally horrible. 1. YOU HAVE TO WAIT EVEN IF IT'S EMPTY! I reserved the place for a 3:15 lunch with an old friend, arrived at 3:20, the restaurant was 80% empty, yet, the hostess did not let me in "until the rest of my party arrives" - why? - "these are the rules, I didn't make them". The hostess was not apologetic, or even polite, just cold, unhappy and borderline nasty. For an expensive place line this (our total for 2 people came to $400) - this is UNBELIEVABLE. You shouldn't even be in business. 2. "THIS SECTION IS CLOSED" (it has too nice a few of New York!) Luckily, my friend arrived in just 5 minutes, but I felt like an idiot standing by the entrance. That already destroyed my pleasure, but this was not all :))))) The hostess walks us to a table, and sits are 3 tables away from the window. Mind you - 80% of the restaurant is EMPTY! (It's 3:25pm!) I say: o, we'd like to sit here (by the window with a gorgeous few of NY - part of the attraction of this place) - No, you can't, it's closed! - again, said in a borderline rude voice, with not a shade of trying to make you comfortable. - WHY? - This section is closed? - How is it closed? Your restaurant is 80% empty and this is 2 tables away. - Sorry, but it's closed - and she walks away. I'm not going to write about the food and the waiters (food and waiters were great) - because the hostess and the management here are HORRIBLE. Only come here if you want to wait forever and if you want to deal with rude hosts.

Great overall experience, from the cleaning people to the waiter. Good portions and overall experience…however the calamari was not all that great!

This resto is a great place to meet people in-transit form anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn or NJ because it's so perfectly located at the WTC complex. The window view from the place is an amazing front row seat above the 911 memorial gardens and a wonderful spot to talk (perhaps a bit loudly because the space is full of life and other diners, visitors, shoppers) . This is my new Go-To resto near the WTC for business and social meet-ups alike! - Michael

We love Eataly! It feels like a home away from home! The only drawback is that I am vegan/ vegetarian and there is not alot of options for me on the menue! But that won’t keep me away from this favourite restaurant ♥️

Great food and great place for a family gathering! We entertained close family friends from out of town, a party of 9 which included children, and the staff accommodated us to a table next to the window with a wonderful view of World Trade Center Memorial site. Definitely looking for future opportunities to bring guest here, and you can also entertain them with wonderful Italian products and fresh groceries!

Food is always consistently delicious. Especially for those who have to eat gluten free - pizza and pasta is so good. As are the salads and the wines. Try the tri-colored pizza or the four cheese. Service is good for a busy spot.

Food was pretty good. Probably better places to eat close close by. The environment was ok, not great. We had 2 teenage kids with us. Hindsight, would have chosen someplace else. Overall, nice and good, but not great.

Good view. Middle of shift change so we were stranded more than once—needed more water sooner, more bread would have been nice, too. Also gotta remember when asking for table near window, to also state we don’t want to be near noisy children.

Half of the items on the menu were unavailable. The service forgot to bring food items and had to be reminded and brought food items late. Not likely to return to this location.

My boyfriend and I got to Eataly all the time! We absolutely love coming here! It is always about $200 for the two of us, but it's so worth it.

The food is fresh and delicious with a very attentive and enthusiastic staff. We have been here several times for a mini family reunion and they have always accommodated us.

We were looking forward to eggplant pizza here because it’s hard to find in the city, but we were disappointed. The crust was thin, soggy, and limp, and the flavor was lackluster. The service was good, the space is beautiful, and the view of the memorial is impressive. But unfortunately we overpaid for what we got and were underwhelmed.

My pasta came out and then 25 minutes later my companions pizza arrived. Server was overburdened. This Eataly consistently is disappointing. We are fans of this chain but again the one by the flat iron the one in Dallas, the one in Chicago do a much better job.
