    Been coming here for years, a weekend favorite. Seems that portions are shrinking, prices are rising. I asked for pepper on my Carpaccio (tiny!) and was given a small bowl with pre-ground pepper. Not a pepper mill in sight. No-one bused our glasses or small plates and there is zero extra room at the deuces on the patio. Pasta special was gluey after 5 minutes, and the crab, a pricey premium ingredient mixed in table-side, was noticeably fishy smelling prior to the pasta dish being composed. It just tasted canned and not in a good way. Also asked specifically and politely for the pizza to be crisped a little more than usual, and the inverse seemed true. It was slightly underdone instead. Our server was very sweet, and really should have sent a manager out once i expressed disappointment in the pasta dish. She did her best to make up for it… Past couple of visits were more miss than hit, going to give Eataly a break.

    Great food. Could be a touch faster service. And they kept us in the sun waiting to pay, while they moved umbrellas around.

    I came for a client lunch on a Wednesday. It wasn't very busy. The staff was very attentive but almost too much. Within sitting down for the first 5 minutes I feel like we were asked for water, drink order, are we okay and then some more questions...all by multiple people. Everything came quickly. We were still finishing our appetizer when our entrees came out and they asked if they could take the remaining appetizer and we said no. Shortly after another staff came by and asked again and we said no. Then again and at this point we just let them take it. Again, it wasn't very busy so I didn't appreciate the feeling like they were trying to turn the table quickly. Other than that, food and atmosphere was great outside.

    Terrible service from the beginning. The host tried to seat me right under the sun having SO MANY other tables available that had umbrella shade..I said NO. Ordered the truffle butter pasta fettuccini with shrimp…the pasta did not taste even a hint of truffle, the shrimp came out late and on the side and was cold….Branzino also came out VERY late was full of scales, and frankly the worst branzino I’ve ever had. I very kindly expressed my displeasure to the manager and he was super dismissive and condescending. Offered us a complimentary dessert, which I declined and he frustratedly took the check and came back giving us 20% off…. The only person that was attentive and kind was Sebastian, who was the busser. I understand that sometimes businesses are short staffed, and idk if that was the case here, but I would’ve really appreciated a kinder approach..that would’ve kept me happy.

    Service was good but our food was cold. Pizza was cold. My pasta was cold. So not the greatest this time around.

    First time dining in the restaurant and it was nice. The service was lovely and I enjoyed how they made the pasta in the cheese wheel at the table. Overall the food was slightly above average. We had a pizza, pasta and calamari & zuchinni fritters.

    Went for mother's day as a last minute reservation so we knew it would likely be hectic. Server was understandably frazzled after a busy day but kept up with us wonderfully. The only downside was the food was unimpressive. They had a special lobster linguine that was 50 dollars and had half of a very overcooked lobster on top of crunchy linguine. I like al dente but these noodles had a crunch. Their regular menu items came out better so maybe it's best to skip whatever specials they have. Their Calamari Fritti con Zucchine was great and so was their zero-proof Prickly Pear Mule.
