Located on the 5th floor of the Austin Proper Hotel, La Piscina Ceviches & Fajitas is a convivial poolside restaurant and bar serving Texas-inspired Mexican cuisine. The vibrant, open space overlooks the downtown Austin bustle as groups convene over family-style platters, ceviches and table-top sizzling fajitas, with fresh seafood grilled over a wood fire and house-made tortillas from an open comal. The bar provides an accompanying selection of frozen margaritas, native Mexican spirits, small-batch tequila and mezcal as well as an assortment of outdoor-friendly snacks.

Had the amazing chicken fajitas which are perfection I dined outside which was mouth more quiet And please don’t forget their amazingly perfect churros for dessert

Adrian was a fabulous server, very attentive to our table. It was my friends first time dining and she absolutely loved the ambiance/vibe that the restaurant brought. Will be back again!

Recommend avoiding the crab tostadas. Grabbed dinner with my wife - we both loved it. Service was great - drinks were great - food was great, except the crab tostadas. Everything else we had exceeded our expectations.

Incredible service and food! Could not recommend enough. Must get the fajitas which is shareable for 2-4 people!

The noise level was awful. Could barely hear my table mates. Love the food there so much but not sure I will go back again unless we can be outside. Such a shame.

This spot has to be one of the best places for ceviche and fajitas in town. Service was great, beautiful atmosphere and drinks/food top-level. Easily one of my new favorite spots in town.

I took my husband here for the first time 2 days ago, and it was a hit! He loved the beef and chicken fajitas! My daughter and I shared the nachos! The service was great and so was the queso. ..lol

Had a great experience for my finance’s first Mother’s Day. Food was excellent and the drinks were tasty. The layout and vibe is super upscale yet relaxed…very Tulum vibes. Will be back.
