Our food took forever to come out and we had to call several waitresses to help us get refills and etc. As well as our waiter coming up to us several times asking us to repeat what we had and being over charged with things we didn’t order. Ambiance was beautiful and the music was amazing as well.

We went here for Mothers Day. It was a bad choice. Slow service, Mediocre food and the music was way too loud. Reasonable prices, but we won’t go back.

Mother’s Day brunch was such a horrible experience. They didn’t have chuarrasco, the trashquiles were so hard they couldn’t be cut with a knife!! Our food took forever to get there. The smash barbacoa had strands of barbacoa & the rest was flavorless potatoes. GM provided shots & took off the trashquiles but don’t plan to go again. Waitress never asked for our drink order. We had to tell her ourselves & if someone didn’t ask her she didn’t even bother asking the rest of us if we wanted something other than the water she provided. Overall very disappointed as it was our first time there. Other tables also had the GM go over.

I have heard of this restaurant for a while now, so I decided to come visit for my birthday dinner. I arrived there and told the hostess about my reservation she said she would get a table cleaned and call me. After 10 minutes I came back to ask the waitress and she told me that they were short handed and that it will take about 10 more minutes to get a table. We waited, eventually she came and got us. We were seated 20 minutes passed and no one came to our table. We waiting for additional 10 minutes and decided to leave because no one ever came . At that point most restaurants in the area were not serving food anymore. I had to spend my birthday dinner at velvet taco a place which I am not a fan of but there were literally no other choices to eat. The worst experience I have had in a restaurant.

Found this place last minute for Mother’s Day dinner for Friday. We were a party of 7, reservation made and confirmed easily. When we arrived it was empty so we were seated right away. Server was soft spoken and quiet, he seemed new with no experience and kinda scared to interact with us in general. The drinks were great but the food was not it especially not for the price you pay. Our bill was over $400 with drinks being maybe $150 of that cause they were about $20 each. Started the table with queso fundido and calamari frito which were great but that’s where it ends. We were brought 1 basket of chips and salsa, with the chips being stale. I had a fish dish that I forgot the name of that was okay. Tortillas were cold and hard, rice was ok and beans were cold and they only fill the side up half way. I also ordered the side of street corn which was good. My in-laws wanted to try the Churrasco but they were out so they just got the fajitas. The meat wasn’t even fajita meat and this is coming from Mexicans who eat real fajita meat on the regular. It was like the cheap mixed beef meat you get from the meat market and cut in pieces like fajitas but the taste was just bad. Plus it only had a few pieces of that meat with most of the dish was onion, so for $40+ you get sautéed onions. For our ticket the gratuity was automatically included I’m assuming for the party size but if you ask anyone at the table our server didn’t deserve it. A manager Brian stopped by after we were about to leave to asked how we enjoyed our dinner and we gave him the same feedback in person. This is a one and done type of spot. I would say if you do go then just get drinks and call it a day.

The atmosphere and decor gives nightclub / lounge vibes. But the food was not worth the cost and the service was poor. You can get better TexMex for cheaper or you can go to Pappasitos for an upscale restaurant with better service.

It was a good vibe if for sure. The music was great, the drinks were really good. But definitely don’t go there for the food and the service was all over the place. We waited 30 minutes just for our waitress and the food was very slow coming to our table. I would suggest they focus on the bar side of the business and cut out the food if they’re going to take over an hour to get food to the table. But it does look like a good place to party with friends.

Had a reservation for 4pm, didn’t get a table until 4:45pm. Was not properly served as me and my plus one had to ask a server who wasn’t our server for menus after waiting for 10 minutes. Our waitress finally comes and takes our drink and appetizer order. We never got served anything after waiting almost an hour. Server never came and checked on us or gave us any information about our orders. We ended up leaving before getting anything. Horrible service. It was like we wasn’t there.

I attended what was supposed to be an open bar cinco de mayo event. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money and time. The open bar was supposed to start at 2pm and end at 5pm, I arrived at 2:25 after calling to notify that I would be late so that I would still have a table. The hostess let me know that was fine and that they would hold the table. Upon arrival there was a line out the door. I stood in line for 30 mins to check in for my table, to which they let me know they had to clear tables before we could be sat. They gave an approx wait time of 5-10mins which turned into an hour. We waited because we paid $60 for the open bar package which also turned out not to be so “open”. The package included only the well alcohol and mixers. Shots were not included nor any of the specialty cocktails on their menu. It was around 3:40pm before we actually got a table. Once sat, it took our waitress 10-15 mins to get to our table (which was understandable because they had her spread thin. She had at least 8 tables, 3 of which had more than 6 people at them. So there was lack of support for her getting orders, running drinks, etc.) We order two tequila sodas and did not receive them after being at our table almost 30 mins. At this point, we just wanted our money back and decided to leave. We spoke with the manager there and he assured us he would issue a refund, but I haven’t received it or a notification of one as of 5/6/24. The event was 5/5. Overall, I don’t think I will be returning as this place did this to not only me but at LEAST 30 other guests as several people who paid did not get sat until hours after the event started.
