We got a reservation on a Saturday night with the intention of eating and staying for the Latin dj/dancing. I reached out to the restaurant directly and they said they would make sure we were at a table that was not going to be moved to make room for the dance floor. We enjoyed drinks and and dinner (very simple menu but done well!) then were told we had to tab out and buy bottle service to keep the table. It would have been nice to know this, especially considering that I reached out before making a reservation. There is nothing about this in their website or in the reservation information so be sure you are ready to buy a bottle to stay. Our waitress was very kind about it and offered for us to buy cocktails instead but there was a minimum amount we needed to spend that was way more alcohol than we needed. Ultimately we decided to go somewhere else. Beautiful ambiance but disappointing ending to our time there.

Very bad food! Like epically bad.. even the guacamole was bad not sure how anyone can spoil guacamole!

The restaurant is beautiful. We were excited to try. Unfortunately it was not a nice experience. Service was really slow. Waitress didn’t stop by often. Food portions and very small and not worth the price.

La Mina is absolutely stunning from the moment you walk up through the dining experience. Our server was Olivia and she was attentive and knowledgeable! The food was spectacular, we had the beef tartare, carne asada, chicken mole, and mocha tres leche. Everything was just delicious and reminded us of our recent trip to Mexico. Our favorite part was the in house artist who gave us a small painting of us which was just the most special way to capture a perfect date night! I have already recommended La Mina to people and will definitely return!

We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were initially a party of 7 but had 4 others show up later in the evening. Shrimp albondigas and the barbacoa tacos were delicious but a little over priced and very small portions. Service was great at first. The place was empty when we walked in. They said they could only seat us in a cocktail area (must be done by 10 or we’d have to buy a bottle) or at a table but we’d only be given 90 mins because of another reservation. We chose the cocktail area. There was a smell that another customer mentioned but not too bad. When the 4 other guest arrived, the hostess was somewhat rude in explaining but now that our party is over eight we would have to pay with one bill. We asked if we could cash out since most of us were done and then let them have their own tab, but the hostess said we were being difficult, and that could not be done so we decided to pay the bill and we all left. Not worth the hype and we will not be back. Supposedly it’s a great place to party after 10pm but you have to buy a bottle if you want to have a table.

Celebrated my birthday with a large group. Service was exception and loved the vibes!!! Would highly recommend hosting your next group event.

We were excited about this place but was very disappointed not really good food more likely fake Mexican food place is nice but not even beers they only have two different kind of beers don’t waste time or money here

We enjoyed our food, drinks, service and ambience! Our server was wonderful, i forgot her name but she was a cute girl with braids. We ordered the ceviche, shrimp and carnitas tacos, and the carne asada, all was very delicious!

The restaurant itself is nice and music is good. But as soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell, like a plumbing drainage issue. It was hard to get past the smell. They do not have big entrees in the menu, mostly a few appetizers and tacos. The drinks were very weak and service wasn't the
