Half of our orders were delivered at least 29 minutes after our friends. Calamari was served on lettuce..perhaps 12 rings the size of half dollars. Not good value.

Se le preguntó al personal si iban operar y que hora iban abrir , la chica que estaba adentro del local notificó que las puertas abrían a las 12 domingo; Se hizo reservación para una hora específica y cuando llegamos… Todo estaba cerrado, habían más personas esperando frente al restaurante. Deberían notificar de haber cambios en el restaurante para que uno no pierda tiempo.

The restaurant was closed, no notice, no call and no one answer when called. Had to scramble last minute to find something

I don't know why I was allowed to make a reservation if they were closed. I showed up for my reservation to closed doors.

Horrible all around! Service was bad food came out at all different times. Food was bland.

Great service with old world charm. We have be there many times. it is a wonderful slice of Puerto Rico.

We had a 12:30 lunch reservation and when we arrived there was no one there. They said the cook and servers hadn’t showed up yet

4 people. Our food - some was ok, some not very good, and some worse. The cocktail came in a plastic solo cup. No wine list or ability to recite options. No sharp knife to cut steak. 2 people’s meals came over 20 mins after other 2 meals. Paella was salty seasoned rice and shrimp - no other vegetables of interest of flavor and was dry. Very little attention from waiter. One side dish had not arrived many minutes after some meals had and we said we no longer wanted it - so it was not delivered, yet appeared on the bill. The mufongo was very dense, dry, and lacked taste or interest.

The service was terrible the wine undrinkable and the food was awful . Not sure why such a lovely old restaurant has become quite so bad .don't go

Don’t miss the chicken with guava sauce! 💯 Mofongo was also good but skip the cocktails.
