This was a last minute stop on our way through Wodonga and it was very good decision. The food was excellent, quality ingredients served well. All the staff were professional and accommodating. The one downside was a $10 charge for a bottle of sparkling water - I find this outrageous but otherwise prices were in the normal range

Food was beautifully presented, very tasty, and was of a good-sized serving. Staff were excellent and so helpful. The setting was lovely and we will definitely be back.

I came a cross this restaurant by chance and took a date with me. We both loved the place. Everything about it was perfect as it was a special night for us. Thanks to the staff for makeing our night a memorable experience

We always visit la maison for most of our special occasions , food is always good , never had a bad meal, lighting is a little dim so if you have bad eyesight not the best to read a menu in , but we liked it as it creates a great mood , plenty of parking out front but make sure you book early as table fill up quickly .

Perfectly cooked steak, seafood stew was beautifully flavoured and generous with tender seafood. Service exceptional. Such a reliably wonderful place to treat ourselves.

A lovely way to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. As first-time guests, we were very impressed. The place was very full for mid-week but all seemed under control with staff. Awesome!

TLDR: Food is magnificent, staff are exceptional. We went to La Maison last night to celebrate two birthdays in our family. We have some fussy eaters. We have some allergies to manage. Can I just tell you that the staff at La Maison were so good. They were constantly available for drink and food orders, to answering dietary questions and make food recommendations. Our party all shared some tapas and had our mains, the staff sung happy birthday and organised the cakes and coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. The food was insanely good and larger portion than what I was expecting. Everyone of us loved our food and we tried most things on the menu. I keep getting texts thanking me for arranging such a wonderful night and how much everyone enjoyed it. We are very grateful to all at La Maison for making it such a special night, thank you.

Just keep going back to this gem of a restaurant. It feels like home except the food & service are better. So is the ambience for that matter. Top marks to the proprietor and the welcoming crew!

Honestly speechless ♡ The food was / is spectacular Service from all staff is exceptional Not a single thing I could suggest to make it better, it's already perfect Will absolutely be making more time to come in The best pork belly I've honestly ever had, all flavours on every dish just married perfectly My favourites were the figs and sticky chicken Could not have asked for a better evening Thank you team!

Outstanding Meals...Service was spot on and the Coffin Bay Oysters were smooth as silk, tasty and oh so Fresh Fresh Fresh. Amazing considering they come all the way from SA, no doubt indicative of the pride and quality shown by the owners and this kitchen. No problems recommending La Maison to any discerning fine dining connoisseur !

First time dining at this restaurant, why did I wait so long?! Really enjoyed the whole experience, great food, lots of options, wonderful table service and although it was quite busy, it was quiet and easy to have a conversation. Definitely recommend.

La Maison never disappoints. The food, service and atmosphere is perfect . It feels like visiting friends, but far more relaxing, fun and amazingly delicious food.

What a fabulous evening my daughter and I had at La Maison. The wait staff were attentive and delightful. The sparking water, cocktails and wine were wonderful. The food was sensational (one minor critique, my steak wasn't medium rare enough for me, but it was nevertheless delicious and the jus was perfection. The octopus was sublime, wanted more, more, more. The deserts were heavenly and if I wasn't driving I would have enjoyed a liqueur with it. The ambience was quiet and relaxing enhancing our dining experience. My daughter and I can't recommend La Maison more highly!
