Desde que llegamos nos hicieron esperar en la caseta de la entrada porque no tenían nuestra reserva, luego nos guiaron mal hacia el restaurante y nos perdieron, la comida está sobrevalorada, quien realmente conoce la comida mexicana esperará mucho más de lo que ahí ofrecen, el supervisor Cristian Luna del restaurante fue grosero al hacerle una petición a mi esposo. En si, el lugar es muy bonito, pero la comida nos quedó a deber demasiado :(

Magical. Fantastic service from Ian and the setting was beautiful, right on the Laguna. Excellent food quality and selection. A very memorable evening!

Beautiful experience and food. The patio seating on the lagoon is amazing and the turtles made it even better My man loved his steak tacos and I have the vegan special which was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful as well We will be back!

We really enjoyed this restaurant on the lagoon. We happened to catch a fancy buffet filled with delicious food and drinks included. It was a fun night and would highly recommend.

I’ll be honest was good out near the water. The food was terrific. And the service was very timely. I’ll go back again.

Seated about 45m after our reservation time, which wasn’t great, but we were happy to sit at the bar and have a cocktail. Server was amazing. Food was great, the mole especially.

The food was very subpar especially compared to other restaurants within Mayakoba. The restaurant was fairly empty and we were told it would take 20 minutes for guacamole as they were very busy and there is only 1 person who does the guac.

We were extremely disappointed by the service here. First the hostess refused to put us on the open patio on a beautiful night (which is where we had a reso), she said it would be 20 min until we could go out (with 3 young kids so we couldn’t wait), and then the service was awful. We never had napkins, had to ask 4x for a highchair, we were almost completely ignored on the patio. We do not recommend this place at all.

Wonderful dinner and delicious food! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Yoshio was amazing and gave us great menu recommendations and pairings!

This restaurant is gorgeous - make sure you request to sit at the tables on the docks! Just wear bug spray...luckily, it's supplied in the rooms! The menu is small and difficult to find online, but I think it changes fairly often. We loved the guacamole and ceviche most. Our servers were awesome and let us enjoy as much of our evening as possible at the outdoor tables before ushering us inside right before it started to rain. Great experience, great ambiance, and great service! :)

Dinner was underrated and non-delicious, too pricy for non-delicious entrees. Chicken entree was with chicken on bone, I was expecting boneless chicken.

Pésimo, la reservación no fue realizada y no dejaron ni ingresar al hotel. Extraño que un hotel de esa categoría esté tan mal organizado y digan que no permiten gente externa para consumo en su lugar. Por favor hagan algo al respecto, tiempo perdido y muy mal sabor de boca

Llegamos al hotel,y nos dijeron que no tenía nuestra reserva,a pesar de enseñarle el número de confirmación y reserva y nos nos atendieron y dejaron fuera del hotel sin darnos ninguna explicación. Lastima que un hotel de este nivel tiene un servicio tan bajo. Saludos

Yery nice dinners and ambiance at the Laguna for dinner times. Daniel is an excellent service staff. The food quality is also very, very nice. Total care and adherence to dietary/allergy restrictions. Thank you Laguna.

Great restaurant but they don't honor reservations taken online for breakfast. We reserved a table but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated.

Restaurant had a buffet style and we couldn’t order from the menu. This was not specified in their website or in open OpenTable. 60$ per person- also children. Not ok as we did not look for a buffet style dinner.

Booked a table on a Sunday night thinking we could order off the menu. Found out they only had a special buffet that night. We hate buffets. It was $60/person. Definitely not worth the cost. Tons of kids running around too. Not a good atmosphere for a romantic dinner.

Tonight was terrible! We’ve had other meals here…B, L, D…that were really, really good. Tonight, however, was simply awful. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was bad (the mole in particular was yucky!), and the bar seemed to be out of a wide range of normal staples. All in all the worst meal we’ve had at this or any other Fairmont!
