Finally after seeing this place on social media I had the opportunity to go. I was excited upon arrival as the environment and opportunity to dine in a cave was unique. The ambiance did not disappoint as it was everything I had hoped. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. We had Carlos who was lack of better words slow and forgetful considering all my parties food arrived except mine. When I could finally track him down as he would disappear and was not attentive to the table. He figured out he forgot to order it. Hey mistakes happen! But the food came and it was okay and not what I would call authentic Mexican food. It was below average and poor quality. Lastly we were celebrating a birthday and again excited to see everyone else celebrating and getting the pastel and the shell horn blown for them. To our surprise Carlos didn’t celebrate the birthday. Instead we were treated to someone else bringing our check, paid, and adios! Overall underwhelming experience, food and service and thank goodness they have the ambiance but is that really worth the price of admission. I think not! Pass!

The ambiance is absolutely exceptional, and lives up to the hype! The drinks we got were pretty tasty too. Unfortunately though, the service was both very slow and quite inattentive. For the prices, we felt the service could have been much better. Also, some of the dishes were great, others were just not worth the price. If I came back, I’d likely stick to drinks and appetizers (guac was fantastic)

El ambiente y el lugar están increíbles, definitivamente una experiencia única de esas para hacer una vez en la vida, la comida está normal pero muy cara, el servicio es bueno pero al haber tantísima gente, se vuelve muy lento.

Amé el lugar, el servicio, la comida. Toda una experiencia y conexión con la naturaleza. Un ambiente lleno de energía pura. Si me hubiera gustado escuchar un poco más de solidos típicos de la naturaleza, o de la cultura pero wn general todo perfecto!!! No cambio nada!!!!

Overall location was beautiful however I felt the service really lacked. There were so many workers on a Tuesday when I visited yet it took the servers 35-40mins just to take our drink order. The restaurant was almost empty (3pm reservations) so wasn’t sure why it took so long for service. After we got our drinks it took some time to place in food orders as well. Food was pretty good and noise level was based on the people in the restaurant so since it was pretty empty, there wasn’t too much noise outside of a family with kids sitting by us. There wasn’t any music or anything playing. You’re really going for the experience of eating in a beautiful location and felt the service wasn’t the best. Might have just been our personal server catering to our party of 9 but felt we had to keep flagging down service (including asking for the bill well after we finished our food).
