Everything was beautiful! From food to the ambience, just amazing. Our server Bessi was attentive and even checked in to make sure we didn’t have a show to go to in case we were in a rush! Just a wonderful experience.

It for sure has a very energetic vibe but bit too loud. The service level was great as expected. Going to a popular French restaurant you already have quite high expectations and LGB lives upto it. My Halibut was fantastic. Btw they also have a pre theatre fixed menu at a super decent price usually for the weekend but now it’s also available during the week days

Wait staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. My steak was so delicious and cooked to perfect medium temp. The drinks were also amazing and it was a great birthday dinner date

The ambience is delightful I had onion soup , scallops and roasted pineapple fir desert and a glass of Pinot Noir. Both the soup and scallops looked nice but lacked flavour. There's a sweet mash accompanying the scallops I couldn't eat it. The desert was fantastic. Pilot Noir forgettable, sorry. Waiters wonderful.

Awesome brunch! Loved the Parisian ambiance. Felt like I was in Paris. We had Croque Madames and they were delish. Service was good. We did not linger because we had tix to see The Wiz. Would definitely return.

We had an awesome time celebrating my sister-in-laws birthday. We went for brunch and had tomato soup, salad, steak, burger, French toast and sausage. For dessert we had crème brule and sorbet. Our waiter Ozzy was amazing, very attentive and friendly. The drinks were amazing as well. We will be back.

Overall, very good, with attentive service, however, it was very busy so some things were not handled perfectly. For example, we ordered one dish without the ham, but it came with ham and we had to send it back. But the food quality was awesome and I think without this error, the ratings would be 5's.

The service was ok and fast enough but the kitchen was not up to par. My prime steak was salted like hell. Garnished with simple greens. Uneventful at best, food wise. Great location and decor but not enough to compensate for a lousy meal. Tourist trap if you ask a local. But great for wine and cheese only.

Everything was great. Each of our 6 escargot orders actually had 3 escargot in each spot; hence 18 escargot. And the French onion soup was the best either of us has ever had (and we're old and have been to France several times)! The only ding was that the filet was medium instead of medium rare. Even so, everything else was A+, keeping the average up to 5/5 in our opinions. Rack of lamb and filet mignon au poivre were delicious, and the service and server were fantastic. Our waiter actually insisted on getting down on the floor with the flashlight from his phone to search for my cell phone that I dropped!

Nice dining experience, but very pricey. Two entrees, one cocktail and Diet Coke came to $165.00 with tip. Seems a bit outrageous.

It was a wonderful brunch. Eggs Benedict and eggs Norwegian were beautifully done. It was not very crowded so no too much noise. A good place to have a meal.

Beautiful setting, solid traditional french fare, OUTSTANDING SERVICE! This was a pre-theater/Birthday celebration dinner. We were 10 minutes late due to midtown traffic and there was no issue. The reception hostess was more than accommodating, as I had requested an outdoor table and were going to be seated inside. She immediately changed course with made the switch graciously. The waitress was amazing - helped with a spot on wine selection, made sure we were out on time, lovely and entertaining while being respectful of our privacy as a party, and as a surprise presented our Birthday girl with a book of French recipes form the restaurant, signed by her with Birthday Wishes - Could not have had a better experience!

Exceeded our pre theater expectations. Menu is a classic French bistro, not really my kind of food but I was thrilled w the steak frites and mussels. I’ve passed thru this alley a million times and always meant to dine here.. can’t wait to return. Superb doting service. Lovely Absinthe Frappe. Royal outdoor seating amongst lush plants & tile. Only disappointment was the female bartender who was an ambiance squelcher. Loved our time here !

Lovely restaurant but my guest ordered fresh tuna and it could only be served well done. She ordered it anyway but really wanted rare. I don’r eat tuna, but i think most people like it rare! My mussels were the best I have had. Dessert of choc tart delicious and birthday books were a nice touch. Thank you

We had the steak aux oeufs. The steak was cooked to perfection and the flavor was excellent. No need to add anything to it. The greens that accompanied it balanced the flavor. Will definitely eat here again!

"I've eaten here now 3 times because it is in the same building as my husbands office. It's a lovely setting, but i wonder if the gargantuan size of this restaurant impedes the staff's ability to give good service. It's expensive and so when one pays $64 dollars for a steak, one would hope the chef knows how to do medium rare. Not the case--and not just this time. Ordered tuna tartare-underseasoned. Asked for parm cheese for pasta. They serve pasta but don't seem to have parmesan. So they brought some shaved parm that is obviously there for salads. I mean, the restaurant is not THAT fancy. Best thing--the bread! awesome. The passionfruit dessert I had--also amazing. Service--harried, waiter was somewhat pleasant after a fashion, but mostly MIA--the rest of the service staff just seemed overworked and unhappy.
