La Famiglia Bar and Restaurant is a small family business where you find a mixture of Italian tradition and a new look at cooking. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week, we produce fresh home made pasta, pastry and cake daily along with authentic Italian wines and an icredible Aperitivo Bar where you can feel the Italian atmosphere drinking Cocktails along with italian stuzzicchini. As an independent eatery we offer constantly a new dishes and new recipes to give you the opportunity to taste all the flavours of the Italian cuisine. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality food and wine along with friendly Italian atmosphere and guarantee you experience like no other.

Fantastic every time & always lovely to be remembered. It was a busy day with a Christmas do downstairs but no effect on quality of food & service. See you early this year!

As a first time visitor I was thrilled to bits with the food , the service and the staff . We will be back , my only tiny complaint was that it was a bit too warm in there but other than that amazing!

A wonderful evening here. Food is delicious served by extremely friendly staff. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Highly recommended. Without any doubt one of the best restaurants in Liverpool.

Real welcoming vibe, atmosphere food and service. excellent , it was our first visit to La Famiglia but i’m sure it won’t be our last, will be recommending to family and friends and would suggest anyone visiting the city and looking for somewhere to eat to give it a try.

Amazing fish dishes and Fermentino. Super service. I can highly recommend going there. It might be time to update the seating (boots).

Really deco , we sat upstairs in a booth , staff very attentive, good humour, food excellent, sea bass and al forno 4 cheese …. Nothing left on either of our plates ….

very disappointed, menu looked good and interesting but reality not so much. Two of our party did not like their main course and my other half had about 5 -6 pieces of ravioli on a flat plate with the minimum of sauce. Side dishes were also very small for the charge.

We had a delicious meal here! We opted for the special of Gorgonzola gnocchi with pancetta, so good. I love Italian food and this was some of best I’ve had in Liverpool, very authentic. Our server from Rome was so lovely, she really reminded me of my cousin who is from Rome too. Thank you and I will definitely be back with my son as he will love it here.

I decided to book based on the great reviews, and I'm so pleased I did. Having travelled around Italy, I can say this is one of the best Italian meals we've ever had. It's certainly the best we've had in the UK. Everything was spot on, from ordering through to payment. If we visit Liverpool again, then we'll most definitely be back.

First time in Liverpool and booked due to proximity to hotel and favourable reviews. We were definitely not disappointed! A great looking place, warm and friendly staff and great food. Menu full of different delights, reasonably priced.. Erm… what’s not to like. Will definitely eat here again when we return to Liverpool. Thanks everyone!!

Been to this restaurant before, it was very good, our last visit not so good. Not enough staff, no air con working, food greasy. this is only my opinion, would not return sorry.

We enjoyed very much our evening at La Famiglia, the food and ambience was excellent, but the service was even better - very attentive staff with the extra personal touch! We will certainly come back again!

Booked through the Confidentials app while staying for a few days in liverpool absolute little gem beautiful authentic Italian food amazing seafood and hubby had pizza which he said was delicious wouldn’t hesitate to go here again when we’re in liverpool

Visited the restaurant as wanted somewhere family friendly on a Friday evening for family of 3. Found the reviews online and was easy to book quickly for the same day. On arrival the restaurant was really clean, staff very friendly, and the booth layout worked for containing our little one as he can become a bit excitable. Service was quick and food was good quality. Kids meal options were very generous on portion size. Our meals were cooked well, only thing was they could have perhaps done with a little more seasoning. The air con didn't appear to be working so during our time there when it was filling up it did get incredibly hot, the fault was due to be fixed though. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the drinks were reasonably priced too. We would visit again on a return visit to Liverpool.

Lovely restaurant on the outskirts of the city centre. The co-owner is an excellent host - the food was fantastic (I highly recommended the meatballs and risotto).

We waited 30min to have our ordered drinks, one hour more to get the starter. After more than two hours, we got our main courses, without any explanation. The lasagna with beef doesn’t contain any meat. We returned the plate to the kitchen. In return, we got some apologies from the personal, but not even a free coffee as compensation. The mamma would not be proud of this fake lasagna and overall, the service. Ciao, non ci vederemo piu !

Delicious Italian food. Fabulous service, didn't catch the name of the girl who served us but she was so lovely and was rushed off her feet all evening but was really pleasant and attentive to us. Great atmosphere and really comfortable restaurant. Pasta and pinsa Romana were excellent. Will recommend to any friends visiting Liverpool.

Fabulous food which reminded me of a trip to Sardinia a few years ago. The chefs and staff here are to be complimented on the quality of food and the tremendous service that accompanied it. One of my best Italian experiences ever.

Fantastic meal and really good value using the lunch menu of 2 courses for £13.95 and kids menu for £8. Quick, friendly service and the food was delicious! We’ll be coming back!

This is a wonderful family restaurant. The food was outstanding Italian, with a taste of Sardinia. Everything was excellent, so good we are returning for a second meal tonight to try some things we didn’t have last night Thank you for a lovely evening

Lovely little place and authentic. Georgia who served us was attentive, polite and friendly. Service and food were excellent. Only thing I would change would be more traditional music and dim the lighting at the tables to make it more cosy.

Very friendly relaxed feel to restaurant, waiter was very good. Our food was very tasty & authentically home cooked, great portion sizes. We had the lunch meal deal it had a very good choice & the house wine was perfect accompaniment. We would definitely go back again great value for money.
