Reforma Palm Springs offers a world-class dining and nightlife venue while remaining rooted in Southern California with an authentic sense of place. Occupying nearly 9,000 square feet of a mid-century icon unique to Palm Springs.

Inspired by Latin American culture, our Pan-Latin menu pays homage to the Southern California experience. Cuisines from Mexico, Central, and South America are represented and fused, paired with our handcrafted cocktails, delivering a unique dining opportunity.

Food was for sure the highlight at La Cocina. The cocktails were also amazing. The local bartenders have invented a few really tasty cocktails with very creative ingredients and fresh. I can vouch for the Valiente. Whoever decided to put banana Lacore with Mezcal is a genius For starter we had the Arepas and they were fantastic. As entrées, my wife had Lomo Soltado and I had the Pernil Mofongo. All of the dishes that we ate were incredibly fresh. The flavors were wonderful. The highlight of the event was the food. We sat outside, which is along the street, so we knew we were getting into the chairs were comfortable. The service was good. Pricewise was about average for what we’ve seen so far in Palm Springs. In summary if you haven’t been to La Cucina, I would give it a try. Whoever decided to put banana liqueur with Mezcal is a genius. (The Valiente).

We initially had an outdoor table. When we arrived it was early, there were only a few people indoors, and it was in the 90’s, so we opted for the indoor dining room. All of a sudden we were blasted with electronic dance music coming from the dance club, open and attached to the dining area. To say we were not happy was an under statement. I immediately went to the manager and told him this was shocking, no warning given before seating and completely unacceptable. We opted to be re-seated outside and stick it out. Turns out it was an after party event from one of the hotels, attached to Coachella, and not a common practice(music usually starts at 9p; it was 7:30p). And the restaurant mgr was unaware it was going to happen. He was very apologetic, and made things right for us. The serving staff were also gracious and apologetic. The food was exceptionally good, flavorful and well prepared. It could have been a very disappointing evening, and happy to report it turned out to be great dinner outing. Nicely handled staff! Recommendation would be to chose outdoor seating if you are coming in when the dance club is open.

Other than having to wait a significant amount of time to be seated, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially because our server more than made up for it. His level of attention, friendliness, and service was excellent. He described everything so well that we were very interested in all of the dishes he talked about. The quality of the food was really great.

Amazing food and friendly, professional staff made it a great evening. We were a group of 8, and were seated in a comfortable room with a few other tables. None of us had been to La Cocina previously, and everyone was impressed and plans to return. The outside of the building doesn't look very inviting, especially from the parking lot side, but they had staff that greeted us a the back and escorted us through to the bar, where we all had a craft cocktail before being escorted to our table. The drink menu was interesting and varied. The food, which I would describe as pan-Latin American, included Peruvian Ceviche and Lomo Saltado, as well as a variety of meat and fish dishes. La Cocina has definitely joined the list of my favorite restaurants in Palm Springs.

While the service and cocktails were great, the cuisine fell flat. Just lacked flavor and came out cold. Among other items we ordered the spaghetti with muscles and two different chicken dishes and they all just needed some seasoning. We asked for different sauces in an attempt to help amped up the taste. I may give them another shot. Maybe just an off night.

Great food, great recommendations from our server Ariel! She was attentive and added to the overall experience. Weather was a bit cool, but staff brought over heaters for us and were committed to making sure we enjoyed our experience. Would definitely recommend and return

Decor and food were very disappointing. Short rib barely had any meat on it and no veggies accompanying it. Chilean chicken was dried out with no sauce, only a pile of arugula on top. Had been to Reforma for an event last year and the appetizers were great. Very disappointed.

The restaurant was closed despite us having made a reservation by Open Table which we are asked to confirm the day before. Very disappointed with this outcome. We haven’t received the $50 gift certifícate you agreed to email to us after our reservation fiasco.

While we closed the restaurant on Tuesday and Wednesday earlier this year, it appears your reservation was not properly rebooked. No excuses here. This was likely user difficulty on our end. Great food and service. Only issue is it feels very club like since it is housed at a club. Sometimes the music can overwhelm.

really delicious meal! they were a little short handed behind the bar but it was the Saturday night of modernism week so the whole town was packed. We weee happy waiting a little wait for drinks because they were excellent as well!

We were surprised that there was a drag show going on next door. The music was very loud. Everyone was having a great time. The food was good. The margarita was delicious but was mainly ice.

Food and waiter were fantastic!! Ambience was a little lacking. Monday night and we sat outside with only one other table. Option inside was high top in bar which was dead on a Monday night. The inside dining otherwise was full. Again, food was amazing!

The menu reads well and everything we tried was very tasty. Service needs work- long periods of time with no check-in. We ordered the 3pc empanadas and asked if we could mix up the 2 flavors in that order. Server said yes. He brought us 3 orders of empanadas instead and when we pointed out the misunderstanding, he just left all 3 plates on the table (and on the check!). I had to get up to refill our own waters and retrieve to-go boxes from the service station. After staring at dirty dishes and waiting about 20 minutes to make eye contact with someone to get the bill, I walked into the back hallway to catch a server (not ours) and ask him to print our check so we could leave.

First, there is adequate free parking very near the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes early but we were seated promptly. We requested outdoor patio dining. The service was very good and the food was worthy. But, there were too many tables on the outdoor patio and we were very cramped.

I have been to Reforma for dinner 5 times now, and every meal was superb! Such an interesting, flavorful take on latin classics. The bar vibe is very casual, and fun, the patio great for people watching, and the small dining room perfect for a sexy date night. Such a great addition to downtown!

Food was good, if expensive. Service was excellent. We were in the small dining room and there was a group of six who were drunk and screaming. No one from the staff did anything, even after we complained. Also, it’s expensive.

Absolute excellent experience!!! We ate outside and didn’t even realize there was a dance floor inside and music as well. The host was really welcoming, and our brilliant server Esteban did an amazing job. We loved our cocktails, appetizers (ceviche, arepas and Brussels sprouts), traded bites of our entrees (short ribs, pork shanks with mofongo and filet stir fry) and because everything was SO good, we shared the guava crème brûlée for dessert. Wow! They set up a heater for us and our water was always full. Such a lovely evening. Thanks Reforma, we’ll be back. ❤️

Excellent food and friendly service, but disorganized. Drinks came out well after appetizers arrived. Entrees arrived while we were still having salad (and we weren't being slow eaters). The two waiters came by to take orders after the other one had just done that. Happy that they have reduced the volume of the music since I was there last so that you can have a conversation with your fellow diners.
